I have been going to Smashburger since it opened, I was a regular, they knew me by name and I there's. The last 2-21/2 years the management obviously changed as did the staff, they ALWAYS say app does not work, I used to get a free Black Bean burger when the App (started) every 2 weeks using the app. The staff are NOT friendly nor helpful and say they are working on it. The staff seem to be lacking in customer service & dress attire. It truly makes me sad! I LOVED Smashburger and they do have the BEST BlackBean BURGER anywhere! The Brussel sprouts which used to be amazing are now full of grease!
For a family of 4 it cost us about $55. The burgers were just ok. Only thing really good was the onion straws. Also tables were dirty, and ine table had ants.
The food was awesome and I highly suggest getting the smash fries. The staff was very welcoming but did miss hear us on one of our orders. All together the smash burgers were top tier and I look forward to trying their chicken next time I stop by.
Burgers were great! Cleanliness was a little questionable as well as staff but food delicious! The entire time we were eating with our child all we could hear was the kitchen staff conversation.
Honestly not all that impressed, first time at a smash burger and my patties were charred black. Not great flavor to them, however my wife and kids said their food was good so I'm just assuming my food was the fluke. So I'll give it 3 stars, the cook consistency between the 3 burgers wasn't there.
The young girl running the cash register tonight was our only real interaction with staff but she was AWESOME! Super friends, polite, and helping run the food. Super quick visit but enjoyable. Get the sprouts!
Just visited for the first time ever to a Smashburger. I got the app and ordered from there. Super easy and they Do Not have combos. So don’t forget your drink or side. Now if you get a kid’s burger, request mustard and ketchup if you need it. The burgers in kids meal Do not have them on it. Food was super delicious and will go again.
It's been a LONG time since i had been here, only becuz it is kinda hike from home, but it won't be that long again.Forgot how good the burgers and ESPECIALLY the seasoned tots were....Taking my daughter for Lunch tomorrow!
Burger was good. Everything else involved, not so much. Sign that said “due to staff shortages there is no dine-in, takeout only” but the place had seemingly no customers either way. Wouldn’t have been that big of a deal just to have us (2) sit at a table and eat. Employee taking our order was not very friendly and quick to serve us, albeit so he can go back to being on his phone doing nothing and talking to the cooks in the kitchen. Place seems poorly run, used to be a nice experience going there.
Showed up at 11 and waited in the 15 degrees cold outside. At 11:15, I looked up the phone number and called. The lady who saw me standing outside, answered and told me they wouldnt be opening until noon or later due to employee shortage. How about posting a sign on the door?
