Delicious, but the worker didn't give us marinara sauce and said he did haha
Usually have a good experience with this Rally’s, but not today. My son wanted boneless chicken wings, so I didnt see them in the menu, but was informed they don’t have boneless wings, only bone in (he said he’s gotten them at this location before). I had no idea how much they were, but I figured my son wanted wings, so went ahead & ordered them as a combo. For that and a Big Buford combo it was $32. I about flipped but went ahead with the order. I pulled up to the drive thru & paid for the order. Then they tell me I need to pull around and wait because they’re cooking the wings fresh. BtW, I’m on my lunch break and dont have much time. When I asked how long it would be, the person at the register & another person behind her said they didn’t know. So I pulled into the only parking spot available, which was the handicap spot…apparently several other cars had to wait for their orders as well. 10 minutes later I went to the window to inquire about my order & was told the wings take 10 minutes to cook…and the guy at the window threw my order at me, not saying thank you for the order, nothing, complete rudeness. There are too many fast food places in the area for me to have to deal with this. Bad form Rally’s! You lost a very good customer.
Took over 45 mins to complete a simple order. Employees sounded like they were yelling at each other while waiting. Lots of expletives and order wasn’t even right. Will never be back to this location.
Bit slow, but they were good on getting order correct. The fries were phenomenal as usual and hot out the fryer like always.
The food was hot and fresh and the service was fast and very friendly. Thank you for providing me with a great experience!
I'm not gonna give the whole location a bad rating I've come here after school for chicken box great! Came here 4/28 night time a worker doesn't know about food handling/hygeine. It was busy and a worker was rushing and my ice cream was kinda lopsided coming out of the cup, so they used their hand and scooped it back in but it was a stained glove... The same ones they used to handle me and many others money... Touching my food.. made me feel gross. There's no point in wearing gloves if you're going to touch everything with them and let them be visibly soiled...
Best fast food burgers hands down. The golden arches, the king or the red head lady don't come close. Loved the one in Waukegan Illinois and this one in Missouri didn't let me down either.
Food was good, but the people who work really need to learn manners.They don't greet you, say please or thank you, hell they don't even look at you!Drives me crazy!
CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!This is the third time I've left without checking and I keep getting something completely different from what I've ordered. The fact that it was cold is another issue. Calling customer service doesn't help, they just offer to give you a large fry.It sucks, cause Rally's is actually really good....if it's done right.Try again... ?
WORST RALLYS EVER! Completely trash service and food. Cold, old, burnt, hard as a rock, messed up order and absolutely not edible food. How do you make a chili cheese dog and completely forgot the chili?! Clear as day the food had been sitting awhile, everything was ice cold, the cheese and chili were crusty, chicken was like burnt rocks. This is ridiculous and wasn’t even worth wasting more gas to deal with completely incompetent people just to get a run around for a refund on garbage food my dog didn’t even wanna sniff or let alone eat.
