I ordered the caniac combo and received a 4 piece with a handful of warm fries and no coleslaw ? disappointing.
Terrible service! I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager because I ordered 4 meals and realized I only received 3 when I got home. The "manager" Corbin was rude and never apologized. He told me that I could come back to get the missing food (I had already paid for) for free. When I explained that I lived 30 minutes away he told me that he could not teleport the food to me. I asked to speak to his manager and he said she wouldn't be in for 2 weeks. I still do not have the food I paid for. I would give negative stars if I could!
It’s not as great as its made out to be by the natives. But its good. Sides and options are lacking.
Horrible Customer service. I Still have not received my refund from this location and it happened over 10+ days ago when I was told it would take up to 5 days. Shift manager or leaders do not know how to do a simple refund. They are also not answering the phone after explaining the issue. Will be writing a letter. I would just like my money back.?
Chicken and sides great, service very friendly. Only downside was we weren't asked if we wanted condiments and forgot so the experience was kinda disappointing when we got back to the hotel to eat it. Not one of us liked the Cane sauce.
Fine food, I do miss the dine-in option though. It’s still closed as of April 2022 and they haven’t updated this page. The drive through gets long.
I love the food here. Coming from out of town I was looking for something that would be open upon my arrival. I will never go somewhere 20 mins before close or and hour if it is a sit down restaurant. Google said you were open until midnight and I went out of my way to come here to grab a bite to eat, just after 11:30 but the driv thru said you were closed. I get shutting things down, but update your hours if you will not be serving at those times.
Ok first time they were too busy so it was a dud but I called and she replaced the whole order even my drink and I got the missing items and excellency your mouth waters for just thinking about those juicy chicken tenders... damn gotta go back now! BTW the toast is 0.79 al a carte & you know you love that toast. Order more toast! Yummo! GTG
