Went for Brunch, great time!! Bottomless mimosas were 15 bucks, can't beat it. The skillet was hot and tasty, and everyone was incredibly friendly. Definitely a place to visit again, and next time will go at night when there's more people and more lively music.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I do not recommend booking this place for any events. Highly disappointed with the service! We viewed this place for our wedding reception and wee were promised things that did not happen. Staff was very unorganized and very unprepared!! Very rude management. Once we paid our down payment we never heard back from staff for updates until the big day we were always the ones to reach out! The day of, they did not have the room prepared for decorating, the manager wasn’t there to facilitate the setup, we were told there would be heater upstairs on the deck and it would be so hot our guest would be begging us to turn it down, our guest were freezing because there were no heaters. I was told I could use their DJ, however, I kept reaching out and they never put me in touch with their DJ and we were forced to find our own at the very last minute and when we did the manager said our music was to loud and the DJ didn’t follow regulations which was very annoying because that could’ve been avoided had they provided their DJ!!! They let other people that weren’t our guest into the event space even though we were there within our time frame!! Before the big day I kept requesting to meet with the manager and I was handled like we weren’t a priority!! The day of there was an employee that set up everything for us and the she was the best to work with out of the whole experience and when we brought here up in a conversation to management they said “oh yeah, she was let go” as if she was the problem when she was the most helpful!!! For what was suppose to be the best day of my life this place really ruined it for me!!!
Loved the location - so cute and lively! Food was great and so was the service. Came early enough to have a casual business dinner, so it was quiet while we were there, but was getting busier as we were leaving.
A lowkey yet nice upscale resturant for anything from your casual dinning food and drinks experience to upscale dinning. with an excellent staff taking care of all your needs and attending to personal details l, this place is a must indeed. That energy, that life. You know the vibes. ????
Nice atmosphere, good Manhattans downstairs, but when our large party got our food 2 hours later, and 3 of us didn’t get any of our orders, we asked the manager for help. He did comp us the meals and drinks we did get, and I know it’s hard being short staffed like everywhere else, but they should limit seating to those they can accommodate without overwhelming the kitchen staff. Our poor waitress was young and inexperienced, but she probably did the best she could. The GM did the right thing in handling our lack of service, and we might give it another try once they hire more staff. Tough times for everyone. They need to stay on that kitchen, though. My suggestion would be the aforementioned limited seating. You’re only as good as your service, which is what customers look for first, as high of a priority as the food and drinks. It would be a shame if this place lost customers due to poor service, it I believe if they solve the staffing and service/training of staff issues, they could make it. I’m giving it 4 stars because I know they have potential and the manager was reasonable. Keep trying! We will come back with a smaller party.
This is really a review on the food as it was a pick up order. It was a busy Friday night-and later in evening- probably 8:30ish. 4 entrees- including one steak . All were cooked to order and tasted great! The bar staff ( where the pick up orders are delivered) were quick to assist me and I was in/out and on my way in less then 10 minutes. I would definitely order from Q’s again
This isn't my first time dining at "The Q". Unfortunately, it may be my last. Prior to this visit, I enjoyed the vast menu and some unique and delicious menu items. The menu I had on 3/17/22 was somewhat limited and the first two bottled beers I asked for were sitting in a case near the bar at a crisp room temperature. These were not craft or out of the ordinary beers.The dinner I did have was good. The "Pear" salad was very good and bigger than expected. The chicken sandwich was a little forgettable as I can't recall if it was a Buffalo or Blackened.Again, overall I was disappointed in the menu vs previous experiences, the beverages of choice weren't available but the meal was good.Might be back, might not. Everyone has an off day.
What an absolute s#^* show. We had reservations for 6 pm for my daughter’s birthday dinner. We were seated right away but it took 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order, then another 15 to take food order. It took an hour for any food to come out and it was only 2 meals because it turns out they gave us another tables food. Then they finally brought out our appetizers a little later and said rest of the food would be out soon. Well we watched as 3 other tables who were all seated 20-30 minutes after us received their food and we still had no food. We were told there was one ticket in front of us. Why was one ticket in front of us when tables that ordered after us were getting food already? It’s clear someone misplaced our ticket but they wouldn’t admit that and wouldn’t expedite our food order. After waiting another 20 minutes, we were now 1 hour and 55 minutes after being seated and still no food. We decided to leave as it was clear we were never going to be served the rest of our food and my daughter was very upset that her birthday dinner was ruined. One of the staff made a bunch of excuses, the manager never came and spoke to us, but our waitress was very nice and apologetic and tried her best. We were not charged for the food including the apps they did deliver so I will give credit for that. But management here is awful and it’s clear they need a new person in that position.
We made reservations for 6pm. Took 10 minutes to get our drink orders, fine no big deal. Took another 20 to get our food orders, once again no big deal. Other tables who came in 30, 40, 60+ mins after us were receiving their food and bill all before we even saw one entree. We receieved 2/6 entrees BY ACCIDENT because they gave us another tables food. After two whole hours none of our food came out. Managers and staff claimed they were "understaffed" and wouldn't be honest with us when they clearly lost/forgot our ticket. Thank you for ruining my birthday dinner, used to be a regular here but will never come again. Two hours wasted and received nothing but excuses.
I visited on March 14th for the first time for my daughters 15th birthday. I must say that I am truly disappointed with the food. I ordered chicken fajitas and spinach dip for the appetizer. The rice and beans that came with the fajitas didn't taste good at all. The spinach and artichoke dip taste like it had mustard in it. Yuck. My daughter ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. The sandwich wasn't a chicken breast it was chicken tenders covered in cheese on a bun. Our drinks had something floating in the glasses. We asked for new glasses of water and our drinks still had something floating in them. The server/bartender we had tonight was great. I will never visit this restaurant again.
