Never seems to be open, can’t ever order online, and every time I have been there the orders take 20-30 minutes longer than expected. They probably need to shut this location down or get some new staff. About a year or two ago I would’ve given this place 5 stars but since then it’s just gone downhill sadly.

The service/food hasn't been up to par the last few times I've gone. The meat is sometimes seasoned, sometimes not. I've started driving across the bridge to go to Chipotle on the Rock Road. It's a shame. I really do prefer Qdoba. Just not the way it's being cooked now.

Good location…The rest needs attention - manager on duty was condescending to employees, everything was out and not stocked, employees were somewhat rude, dirty tables, trash overflowing, yelling going on behind the counter, only a couple sodas available in the soda machine, the list goes on…corporate better take note.

I have lived in the area for several years and have eaten my fair share at this location, but just within the past couple months they have randomly been closed during the open hours posted on the door. For example, I just tried eating there and it is 6:30pm on a Monday, but the doors were locked. It’s very disappointing because I love their food and the workers have always been so kind here!

DON'T GO. They lock the door so you can't go in. You can only order online. Took 30 minutes for a simple dish. A small crowd forms outside. If they're so understaffed they can't function properly, why take more orders?? They told me it would be only 10 minutes.

DON’T GO HERE…..dirty facility and what poor customer service this location has. I walked in to the store and 5 women were behind the counter and only one was looking at me to see if I would be ready to order but never said a word. One was on her phone and the others were talking. When I made a comment about no one helping me they clapped back.I said I was leaving and they were still carrying on. Maybe stay off your phone and be nice to people.

Today was the third time in the past few months I've gone by during lunch and they've been closed during their posted hours, which is as many times over that span as I've actually been able to go in and get lunch. I understand staffing is an issue these days, but with myriad food options nearby, it's not really worth the gamble especially with Chipotle coming soon.

This location is in desperate need of help. I've come three times now during open hours and the door has been locked. The one time they let me in they were out of several key menu items and everyone seemed to blame someone else for it. I understand it's hard to get help right now, but please at least update your hours if you are going to be closed.

So I usually like this Qdoba. I have been there a lot but they are inconsistent and I went by there Tuesday 03/08 @12:30 pm to a locked door. People were eating inside but the door was locked and the lady sitting by the door opened it and said they were closed. this is not the first time I have gone and they have been closed at lunch. Disappointing

Now I’ve had problems with Qudoba before but I thought I’d give it one more try tonight because I just wanted a simple bowl of nachos. So I called ahead of time just to make sure they were open, and the girl told me yes they would be open until 9. So I get there and the doors are locked, so I called again and the same girl answered and explained to me that the doors would be closed for the next 10-20 minutes. I was so confused why she didn’t explain that to me when I called earlier, I would’ve gone somewhere else. I traveled a pretty far distance. I was so frustrated, she didn’t even sound confident about reopening so I just left and went to Chimis. So I’m done with Qudoba!
