What is the point of placing a pick up order when the place is never open. Then I have to wait in this long line for almost 30 mins for them to tell me they dont have the food I ordered. And what's the point of this place having a phone they never answer it. Then when you knock on the door they just stare at you and never come to it. This place and the people are totally ridiculous. This whole establishment needs new employees and managers or better yet just close it down. We already have to deal with the jacked up prices now lazy and horrible workers.
Worst experience ever! I waited 45 minutes in drive through (approx 10 cars back) at 5:15pm on a Monday evening. When I finally reached my turn to order, I was told they couldn’t take order for 10 more minutes. I figured after waiting 45 min, what’s another 10 minutes? But, was told I couldn’t wait, but must leave line and sit in I designated area in their parking lot. What?!? I couldn’t figure out how that was going to work out, so I left and drove to a different restaurant. I can only imagine how the 10 or more cars behind me we’re going to handle this news. Terribly managed location! They need to get their employees trained at Chick-Fil-A!

Waited in line for 45 minutes just to get to order. Then was told the didn't have the items I wanted to order. 4 Employees outside talking not inside working. Bad management when your line is 4 cars deep, no supply, and waiting that long. I understand supply is hard to get but how can u not have any chicken
This Popeyes chicken is the worst place I have ever been. First off they still have not open the lobby so that means even if your picking up food you have to wait in the drive though line which took me 26 minutes to get to the window and then another 10 minutes at the window on a PICK UP ORDER the staff was very rude the food was not fresh at all i spent $35 on food and had to throw most of it away I could of takin it back but the time and gas I would of waisted going back warily not have been worth it. The only way I will ever go back is if they fire everyone and rehire decent employees that are polite and care about there jobs and customers needs. Something needs to happen or that Popeyes will be shut down before you know it. I don’t recommend this place to ANYONE there’s plenty of other chicken places that are way better with employees that care a out and want there job. ????????????
I am not happy with this store. There is always an issue with it. Either their electric is not on , or out of chicken patties. I have literally sat in line for over 25 minutes when there was only 2 cars in front of me. The trash cans outside are running over. Bricks are falling off building. Staff either does not know what customer service or they dont care tonight I went up to give it another chance all 3 menus windows had their menus boxes on drive thru were taken down. I was told they no longer have veggies on their menu. My 93 yrs old mother wanted chicken tenders, they were so tuff she could not chew them. I will no longer give them my business. I will go to one that is 5 miles away. Very dissatisfied customer. Dissappointing!
We got our favorite Popeyes spicy chicken sandwiches which were good. The mashed pot and gravy good. The Mac and cheese looked and tasted like scraped of the bottom of an old pot nasty. My dog didn't even eat it. Nice friendly service and didn't have to wait a long time.
This was the absolute worst experience I have had at any fast food restaurant. Immediately upon reaching the speaker I was greeted with attitude pulled up to the window after ordering to find out my order was wrong after circling around to go back through the drive through to explain the situation the manager was very quick to reassure that I was wrong. Hopefully their service improved but I will never be returning to this location again
Better service pathetic nuggets the size of my finger nail after he presides to tell a long line in drive ? its a shift change will take your order in ten minutes correct change or card only no we don't have apple pies
