Order a big box pizza and there was no cheese on the pizza! I called and have been on hold for over 15 minutes! So unacceptable!! Very disappointed!!! I had to call back three times and was hung up on. I called back and asked to speak to the manager was put on hold for over ten minutes and they hung up on me again!! I will not be going back there ever again.
They accidentally forgot to deliver my wings with my pizza so delivery driver dropped off pizza at my house, went back and came back with wings and a complementary Pepsi!Customer service at its best!!!Thank you Pizza Hut!

I usually do carryout and it’s perfect. Today i ordered delivery due to surgery. my pizza came messed up in the box. I called the restaurant and the worker was kind and offered a replacement or credit. i appreciate that.
Hands Down no one could out pizza this hut. My delivery driver had forgotten my drinks about 2 weeks ago. It was okay since it was just drinks and I could drink something else instead well flashforward to today i order a medium pizza and breadsticks and the same delivery driver came and they had discounted my order due to something so little and he had given me my lost drinks. Thank you very much for that it makes it even more inticing to order from the hut cause even if the hut gets out pizzaed they come back with a massive comeback and prove their worthwhile as a pizza company. Amazing customer service!

Never, truly had a problem (several issues in the past of really undercooked pizza, but I could deal with that in my oven.)This Pizza Hut really had a probelm with paying attention to instructions last night. They didn't follow easy instructions. And failed in both customer service and future orders.Claimed they try contacting us. Probably tried contacting us on the speaker box in our apartment building. Failed to see the right contact phone number on the printed box they deliver pizza in. Very disappointing at this location and the boys aditude over the phone coming of hostile to me.Never even tried fully to deliver the pizza or pay attention to details from online orders.
Usually get good & friendly service at this location. My order was incorrect, which made the experience not as good...
The food was surprisingly good and the one staff member I interacted with was extremely pleasant and polite.
