If I could rate no stars I would . I haven’t been to Penn station in a very long time and because of the girl here at about 8 pm I will not be back . Not only her the whole staff was more concerned with their own side conversations which included cursing while my young child was with me . She got my husband’s order but completely neglected to ring mine up so after waiting for 15 minutes for our order we had to then order my food again . She got an attitude so we asked for our Receipts and ordered new food . She starts slamming things around and clicking her long fake nails every station she went went . She asked if we wanted ketchup we said yes please and she proceeded to have an attitude and not give us any so we had to ask another employee for some . They were all talking about how they didn’t want to be there and that they were over it which doesn’t make me confident my food will be prepared correctly. This will definitely be my last time at any Penn station .
Jimaya is rude and is more focused about her personal conversation than taking the order correctly. She then proceeds to huff and puff when I asked to purchase what was missed on the order. I was not given a receipt for either order until I demanded them after her being rude. I rather travel 2 exits to visit another store than go back to the Zumbhel location
Usually great but this time was so greassy the roll fell apart couldnt hard key eat the Cheesesteak I m from Philly and know good Cheesesteaks.
Love the food just not the work ethic of employees these days. I doordashed an order and Penn Station missed half the ordered and refused to fix it. Said I’d have to go through door dash even though they were the ones who clearly didn’t give the dasher all the food. This was upsetting as I waited along while to get the food to begin with. Also payed close to 100.00 dollars for everything. Thanks Penn station I understand mistakes happen BUT CORRECT THEM I just wanted it fixed.
Terrible service. Only one in there with 5 workers and food took 15 minutes to complete. No other sandwiches were made while I was waiting for mine. Won’t be coming back
Unfortunately dissatisfied with my order, ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and was and onion sandwich! Little steak and a lot of onion no cheese opened the sandwich and all fell apart! Lemonade was awesome! Next time asking for no onions and mushrooms!
Didn't honor a valid coupon and the food took forever. There are better Penn Stations right up or down the highway. Skip this one for sure if you are craving a sub. This location is a joke

Got discount card from a St Charles county school district. They won't honor it.
The food was good and hot. However, I was disgusted that not a single employee was wearing gloves while making sandwiches. One in particular was adjusting his mask, then jumping right back into making sandwiches again. Gross!!
