Really upsetting experience. No one greeted me as I walked in, and the person working the register had an attitude. Food was okay but there are better vegan places in St. Louis. The place smelled of gas station bathrooms which also made eating difficult.
I absolutely loved this place, everything they have is vegan, very tasty and delicious. The food and the sweets are super delicious. Staff was nice, very friendly and very helpful. The place was also clean. Good for a nice dinner or lunch with a friend or solo, it could also be a good spot for some work on laptop. Located on a historical part of the city, the whole area is nice and has many shops around. Highly recommend it. Love the outside yard.
The people working this morning were incredibly kind and helpful. My latte and food were delicious! The cookie dough cupcake was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The shop had a lovely atmosphere!
Best vegan restaurant on main Street at St Charles City.Beautiful flower park outside and a cosy restaurant inside.French Vanilla late, Mediterranean sandwich, Chicago hot dog,Chickpea sandwich,Tiramisu cake, all vegan delicacies were excellent.Variety of coffees.
We had them as our baker for my daughter’s wedding- wow! The cake, cupcakes, and brownies are amazing. So delicious and moist - even days later. So many compliments- my non-vegan friends could not tell - except that they were more delicious. Awesome service as well. Thank you
This is one of my absolute favorite places to eat and a absolute great spot for a date, its so cute and all the workers are very nice. Haven't had a bad meal here yet and probably won't anytime soon. Highly recommend it, I get the grilled cheese with pepperjack and add bacon usually, 11/10.
WHAT IS THIS PLACE? Explain the sorcery. How did the dawg taste like a hot dog? How are the donuts so glorious? EXPLAIN THE CHILI CHEESE ROLL-UP. WHY WAS IT SO GOOD. I'm telling everyone. I told my employees. I told my neighbor. I called my aunt. I'm telling my subscribers. I wrote a letter to a guy I used to work with who's now in prison. I’ve never had a problem when visiting this cafe. It actually one of my favorite vegan spots to visit in St. Charles. Today my experience was not so pleasant. I arrived at around 5:45, the store closes at 6. I just wanted to grab some vegan cheese from the fridge before explaining what I wanted to purchase I was cut off by an associate informing me nothing could be made for me because everything is shut down. when explaining what I was going to purchase another associate abruptly said “well I can only do cash because we turned everything off.” The manager then walked in and literally just tapped the screen and it turned on, showing I could use my debit card. Upon checking out and saying “thank you” the associate ripped the receipt from the machine quickly turned her back to me and didn’t even finish her sentence of whatever her response was. I truly love this place but the inconsistency of quality customer service is not what loyal returning customers want to see. I have always been treated nicely when coming here as frequent as I do, and today I am beginning to think otherwise on how they treat their customers.
Loved this place. My mom, son, and I went for her birthday and this was the best vegan place we’ve ever been. The meal was great, it’s been forever since I had a frisco melt, which I wish they sold that 1000 island dressing. The desserts were amazing as well. Yummy coffee cake. Son loved the cupcakes and mom loved the tiramisu. We all loved the donut holes. Definitely take time out to go.
