Excellent BBQ chicken pizza! First time stopping this evening and will definitely be back. My son said the cheese was awesome too!
Great pizza, great people, great location. The owner was extremely cool and the ‘za really hit the spot.The cheese and the crust were awesome but here’s my one little criticism for Pauly and the gang. Switch to a made-from-scratch sauce using canned San Marzano tomatoes. The current sauce has a very slight “frozen pizza” quality to it which leaves my score at around a 7.9-8.1. If the little, extra, step of made-from-scratch sauce was taken I believe it would catapult the overall quality to the skies. In my opinion the sauce is the soul of the pizza and it’s what makes it stand out from others. Will it be more expensive? Yes. Will it take more time? Yes. That being said I strongly believe that’s the final puzzle piece. That will separate you guys from everywhere else still using pre-made sauce. Anyway I love this place and I’ll for sure be back. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
This has become our go to pizza joint. The traditional & thin crusts are both phenomenal & the amount of toppings they put on the pie & slices is astronomical. The owner & staff are so nice. Such a treasure we hope sticks around!
Tried the hand tossed and it wasn’t for me. Next day we tried a slice of the thin and was sold. Went home that night and ordered an entire pizza. Will definitely return over and over again, wonderful addition to the neighborhood.
I called in our first order this evening. The young lady who took my order was exceptionally nice and helpful. When I arrived for the order while I waited about 5 min—— they brought it to our car w a smile and the order was perfect! Food was good! I personally could have done w slightly less cheese but an excellent experience! Thank you!
As someone who grew up in Michigan, I cannot recommend Pauly's coneys more. It's a delicious hotdog that throws me back into my childhood. The staff are very polite, and the owner is an absolute legend for spreading the good news of Michigan Coneys.
I was pleasantly surprised! Tired of mediocre pizza from the big guys. The ingredients of the pizza were fresh with generous proportions and the overall appearance was something off a commercial. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend. *BBQ Chicken Pizza Review

By far the BEST pizza in the greater St. Charles area. The 16” thin crust pizza was amazing! The crust was perfect, being thin, crunchy, and full of taste. I was tempted to order a calzone, which the wonderful cashier recommended for me. She also mentioned that they offer different types of dessert calzones with fruit and cinnamon inside.My sister ordered a pepperoni calzone, the inside was absolutely bursting with meat, cheese, and sauce. There were a lot of toppings, but the combination was perfect to capture every different flavor in the calzone.All of our food was given to us hot, and we were EXTREMELY pleased with our food and the the stellar service. 5 stars all day !
