Ordered a Papa Johns pizza on 1st Capital in St. Charles through their call center, and was told it would ready in 15-20 minutes. Got there later to pick it up, and they said it would be at over an hour before they would be able to start making it. I understand they are busy and short staffed, so I got my money refunded. They suggested next time to press the option for the actual store next time when ordering, since the call center doesn't know how backed up the store is. So the next time I ordered, I pressed the option for the store, but the employee refused to take my order. He told me to call back and use the call center, he wasn't allowed to take orders on the phone. I tried to explain what I had been told, and he just cut me off mid sentence and told me to call back and press for the call center instead, then hung up on me. So today, I figured I would try online ordering, to avoid this whole situation. As I submitted my order, I got a message saying they aren't taking credit cards online at this time. So I'm back to calling and getting the run around? So frustrating. I also submitted to the corporate office my frustration from the last time, several weeks ago, and marked down that i would like to be called for a follow up from them on the form. Guess what...nothing. So not only is their customer service horrible, but they know it, and don't care.
First, the pizza took over 2 hours to recieve. Second, we are vegan so we ordered without cheese and with bbq sauce. There is barely any sauce on the pizza. The pizza was dry. You can see the crust in my picture with spots of sauce. Don't order from here.
Ordered a pizza waited almost 2 hours then went to bed then they showed up I didn't want it after the wait very disappointed and the workers have attitude when I called and ordered
This place has become horrible! The management, the staff and the pizzas are a nightmare! Each order I place has had less than standard toppings because I was told there is no set amount. My pizza has been dry although I ask for extra sauce.
Warning, this location does not do delivery.Ordered and waited for an hour and a half before i had to call and see where my delivery order was. No excuse for this level of management. They canceled my order, my dinner is ruined, we are now checking the city to see whats open at this time of night.
Please avoid this store. We order a pizza and they delivered the wrong pizza with some meat we do not eat after 1.30 mins after. I did called the store right away and I they said they will send us the correct order in 20-30 mins. 1-2hrs later I called the store and they were closed for the day..next day I called in to report the inconvenience and the store manager ( a lady) answered very aggressively said that they can give another pizza for half off and that's all she can do. did not even acknowledge the mistake or say sorry or sound sorry at all and she hang up on me.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE START WITH THE MANAGEMENT/ SUVERVISORS.
Placed our order around 6:00pm on 04.12.2022 and the app said 65-75 minutes. No big deal. It was 7:25pm and I check the app for tracking and it says my order was cancelled yet my card was charged. We tried calling the store and no one would answer the phone. We drove to this location, online now says they close at 8, we pull into the parking lot at 7:35pm and the guy locks the door. We showed him our phone and that we had an order and it shows it’s cancelled. The guy tells us they had technical difficulties but couldn’t tell us why we couldn’t even get a phone call after we have been waiting for an hour and a half for our order. He says our card will be refunded. This is horrible customer service. There is no reason they can’t pick up the phone and call the customers to let them know they won’t be getting dinner. If they won’t use the phone number on the orders then why request a phone number at all????
I placed an simple order tonight bbq wings , did I receive them no I’ve been calling for the last hour and no answer or response . My order said they were delivered and they were not , so I went to look for some reason they used DoorDash as a carrier for delivery and they transferred the information wrong . At first I thought it was me so I double checked and nope I inserted the correct address (I always screenshot my screen when I order for these specific reasons and order #s) I’m highly disappointed I’ve been working all day and haven’t gotten a chance to eat !
Delivery has always been fast for us. The pizza arrives hot and our order has always been correct. I love the Philly papadia and I hope they keep them on the menu!
Driver was great and polite. UNLIKE HIS MANAGER..Had a small issue with the order..and the manager was f*n rude! Nowhere on the app does it tell u that if you order more than 5 pizzas u gave to pick an actual time for delivery, not "asap". Or that if your number isn't up to date they cancel it all together. No big deal honestly...just wasn't aware. Called to ask about it and some girl manager answered with the biggest attitude. It's f*n 1030 a.m how could your day be going that bad already..? Get a different job if talkingto customers isn't your thing. Which obviously it's not.
