Literally can't ever get anything to eat here. They're out every single time. When I drive by I always see people pulling off because they're told they don't have what they're asking for. I make sure to drive the distance for any other Panda because this place is a joke. And I have NEVER encountered nice staff here. The management of this place obviously doesn't care. Oh well, plenty of other places to eat.
Would legitimately give zero stars if I could. Tonight was our last straw with this location. We waited in line for a half hour just to get up to the order menu and a recording came on to tell us they were closed. We pulled up to order at 7:58 online hours say open until 9:30. There was a long line behind us, so I'm sure they made quite a few people angry this time. If hours have changed maybe update online hours, if not someone should have come out and told those of us waiting that they're closing. It was so rude and cowardly to just turn on that recorded message saying they were closed. Never again.
This the worse panda I have ever been ! Every time I stop by that don’t have chicken bcuz they short staff ! The food is not good sometimes the chow mein is crunchy meaning is undercooked! Whoever is running this place needs to step up fix it and start making sure customers leave happy and come back bcuz I’m not coming back at all . Poor quality of food! And always making excuses that they can’t cook chicken teriyaki bcuz they short staff .
We drove to this location. Says it opens at 10:30am. We got there at 10:45am. There's employees inside. Pull up to the ordering intercom and a recording comes on saying that they're closed. I call to see when and if they're going to open. No one answered the one. It rang and rang. Piss poor customer service. Saw about 10 other vehicles come and leave disappointed. Thank for wasting my time panda. Definitely won't be coming back nor recommending this place to anyone. I chauffeur people around daily and will definitely recommend every where else besides this place.
Placed an order threw door dash and despite the receipt clearly having the correct order panda express couldn't do one of the plates with the sides so I only got noodles.
I’m very disappointed in the service at the Zumbehl location. I pre-ordered and pre-paid a pick up order for this location during my 30 minute lunch break. This location is 5 minutes away from where I work. When I arrived I tried to enter the building to pick up my food. The door was locked and all the workers just looked at me without informing me to do through the 18 minute drive through….no communication at all and the food was over cooked and burnt! No happy about this experience. Will not be going back to this location.
Complete disappointment they had to make the Beijing beef fresh took over 30 minutes and it was watery no crunch.
Sat in line 15 minutes. It was Friday evening at 7 pm. Finally get up there to order and was told they were closing and didn't have any kind of chicken. So I said I'll take walnut shrimp. Well out of that. She said what do you want to order. I replied nothing I like is left. Forget it. No sign that they were closing. People line up to road. I'm sure they were very unhappy also. Like to find another place.
Employees are rude and lazy. Food is cold towards the evening. Disappointing if you want anything “special” (that’s literally on the menu) they won’t take the 10 minutes to make it for you. Their card reader is down and tends to be down this time of night.? Get it together. Never coming back
This place absolutely disgusts me. The workers are awful. We asked for walnut shrimp, she said it would be 15mins, we said ok we will wait, she said no, choose something else. very rude employees. unbelievable service. i will never even think about ordering from here again. fire your employees. thanks.
