I had worst service here! Server was rude! Brought us appetizer meant for other table but he didn’t have correct so handed it off to us. Then we see everyone get their food but us! He he comes over and said kitchen was messed up and what did we order again? Sir you took my order! You should know! So we left with no food! Hungry and irritated! We had somewhere to be so we couldn’t wait another hour!

I Family and I went there the Saturday before Mother’s Day we arrived early afternoon was not a lot of people we walked in and the hostess asked us if we have reservations we say no she said it would be 15 to 20 minute wait.Mind you there was only maybe a handful of fat of tables in the restaurant that we’re eating she informed us we could sit in the bar and wait or eat at the bar we said we would we wanted to table and we would wait she did this to several other people some people left and did not come back. The bartender great with the drinks and sat and waited for a table we were directly beside the hostess station when my husband got a text that they were giving our table away thank you we were right next to the states the station the hostesses one in training and we could hear conversations With one telling the other oh you can go ahead and we can just leave it we have tell anybody to get drinks Fill up our soda. My husband and I will not be back to this location and would not recommend it even though the server was good the bartender was great and the food was good the host to start this a lot to be desired
Waited 2 hours and STILL no food. On Mother’s Day. No manager even came to our table until we requested to cancel the order and when she arrived, no apologies just attitude. This is now the second time this place has done this to my family on Mother’s Day. Needless to say we will not give them a third chance.
I came here for my Anniversary & made reservations beforehand of which, I had to confirm about three times before arrival. Just to arrive and be seated a booth that wasn't cleaned properly so, my first impression wasn't really good to be honest. But let me make my point very clear! The FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING! I ordered appetizers which included the Northern Style pork spare ribs ( AMAZING), Egg rolls ( Amazing), and an order of wantons and my taste buds were just getting warmed up for the delicious Mongolian Beef bowl and chicken Lo mein I ordered as well. This food was absolutely incredible and it totally made up for my bad impression I had upon entry. The food portions are even amazing as I had food leftover that STILL TASTES AMAZING REHEATED THE NEXT DAY! My server was very knowledgeable of menu items and very well mannered. I enjoyed being served by him and tipped him well. I ended my night with a CHANG'S Mai Tai which was also very flavorful with a taste that cannot be matched. I really wanted to give them 5 stars because my overall experience with the food was unforgettable. But the condition of the restaurant just needed a little more attention but I will definitely be eating here again very soon. This is THE BEST place that serves true Chinese American style cuisine most definitely.
Not impressed at all, sent the orange chicken back..I've had better Chinese in North St Louis. This place sucks, I won't be returning!! I can't believe I'm saying this but I'd rather have panda express
Great food and staff, the old fashion was spot on and the soup was outstanding. Next time I’m in town I’ll be heading back fro sure.
Came on a Friday evening and I would say that the 15 minute wait to be seated was better than I expected. There were less than 20 tables being served. The 20 minute wait for service after being seated was surprising. I’m not certain if this is a reflection of the service at this location or just the waiter but I had invested more time than I was willing to. So I advised the front desk that I was leaving.
Booked a reservation through open table get to the restaurant and come to find out that my reservation was not available because they no longer go through open table I don’t understand why they are on here if you can’t reserve a table this really wasted a date night with my wife I will no longer be eating P.F. Changs or booking through open table at all
