Good food and service. Visited family here and we are from St. Louis and our locations don't offer salads or jalapeño burgers or guava pies so we were pleasantly surprised! So much so, that we went back through again when leaving town! Friendly staff and accuracy as well,which is nice to see these days. Looking forward to coming back when we visit here again. Thanks!
After waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, the fish was barely warm, the bun was dried out and the fries must have salted twice. Could not even eat them. The Hi C orange was the best part of my meal. What a waste of money.
I don't even want to give them 1 star this location sucks .. they always get my order wrong I'll ask for extra items like cheese or pickles or Carmel they charge me every time for the extra items but they never give me the items ... Another thing is the food is put together sloppy.. i ordered a burger last time and it was freaking raw it was red and crumbled in my hand cuz it was barely cooked my 3 yr old son took a bit of it and it freaked him out and now he won't eat burgers now... Not cool ... This location needs to be inspected for sure..
Drive thru wrapped completely around the building. The inside was quite busy also but decided to park and go inside. They had all of the lobby doors locked, and it was 3 in the afternoon. No signs on the doors to explain why, none of the employees assisted in anyway. A customer ended up coming and opening the door, so we could get inside. The employee/manager working counter looked agitated at the fact that we got inside. Once ordered and paid for, it then took a good 20-25 minutes for us to get our food. We ordered to go and was very very disappointed with the food we received, especially after such a long fiasco to buy it. The big macs were barely warm, had very little anything on them, and our box of fries was old, cold, and hard. Not very happy with this experience at all!
Avoid this location at all costs. Over the past six months they have gotten countless orders wrong and service is insanely slow. Employees are legit the worst of any fast food location I’ve ever been to. Rarely, if ever, even say thank you.AVOID. AT. ALL. COSTS.
Great visit. Even though I went through the drive-through it was a good visit. There was no line I pulled right up made my order and pulled right up to the window. The fist lady I saw was nice , clarified my order and I payed her and move to the next window. This lady again was nice handed me my beverage and before I could set my drink down she had my order bagged and was waiting on me. I took the bag and she said goodbye have a great rest of the day and please come back to McDonald's. This visit could have been in a training video. ? % text book. Still you have to give it to everyone a thumbs up. If it wasn't for the training, good management, great employees all working together this visit would not have happened. I just want the employee's and management a pat on the back and keep up the great work.
Came in to eat and flies everywhere and this is what I see. Much cleaner McD’s to eat at!
Consistently unfriendly incompetent staff. Today I was greeted by a manager shirt with “hurry up it’s raining” when I had a question about why the prices being charged didn’t match the promotions being advertised on their menu board literally 10 seconds prior.The best thing corporate could do is take away this franchise from the owner.Guess what? When you refuse to honor your prices on your menu board, you’ve shown the most basic level of incompetence and you’ll make people fanatical about getting others to avoid your business.
Absolute worst McDonalds around. Slow, rude and dirty. Employees acted immature when inside and didn’t refrain from saying cuss words while working, and I was with my 7 year old daughter. Drive thru is insanely slow, no apologies given for having to pull off from the drive thru and park and wait 8 minutes for a cinnamon roll while car after car after car get there order. The inside is dirty and not clean. If you are reading this, be warned, drive a little further to get average service because this place is so far below average. I wish I could speak with the owner of this particular location because they can’t know what is ACTUALLY going on here. Stay Away!
I have gone to this Mcdonalds for at least 15 years and the service has really gone downhill. There are days that are either really good or really bad and there is no consistency. Today was a really bad day. The person who took my drive-thru order kept asking me to repeat my order. When he told me the price it was way too high and I questioned it. I gave him the total order once again and he had added one item multiple times. When I explained to him, again, that I only wanted one of each item, his comment was "Well you didn't say that". I'm sorry.. that was just borderline rude, especially after I had to repeat the order 3 different times. When I got the order, the iced coffee did not have the sweetener in it, even after he asked me if I just wanted the cream and sweetener and no flavoring and my reply was yes. When I drove to the pay window, the lady was blunt (not rude, just blunt) but not even a thank you. When I drove to the pick up window, again, the person was just blunt, no smile, no thank you. I always try to be nice and say thank you and today was no exception. Honestly, is this an employee problem or is this a managerial problem. I'm tired of this inconsistency.. especially since this used to be one of the best McDonalds in town. This location is close to my house but from now on, I will drive a little further to where they seem to appreciate my business and can at least say "thank you". I know this is probably not the most glamorous job in town and I truly appreciate the people who are out there working and trying to do their best. This location it seems like they're just working without the trying.
