I am addicted to McDonald's Happy Meals. I go to McDonald's at least three or four times a week. Is there a McDonald's Anonymous anywhere LOL. It's a great location to go to and they're very nice there as well thank you McDonald's.
This is probably the worst location I’ve ever got food from. I will drive out of my way to go to another McDonald’s but unfortunately I have had to stop at this location a few times over the years to feed my kids. I’ve never ONCE got good food or service from this location. I’ve left multiple reviews and same thing everytime some manager calls with excuses and fake apologies. If you enjoy cold fries and being given the wrong order then this is your place. If not avoid at all cost!!!
Went to the drive thru, was told id be help very soon and waited over 45 minutes. There are two drive-thru lanes and the person in the other lane was waiting longer than I. A lady in the car behind me ask if id move up so she could leave because a line of cars piled up while we waited so I just left and am never going back.
Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes only for them to park every car in the drive through where I say for over 20 minutes waiting for food. They have no clue what is going on and are now trying to figure out who's food is who. Absolutely horrible experience. 100% would avoid this place. Still waiting in line 30 minutes after ordering.
This is BY FAR THE WORST RESTAURANT IVE BEEN TO! If I could give a negative score it would be -10. Waited about 5 mins to order (nobody in line) only to find 2 employees on their phone and the dining room was horrific!! One of the absolute NASTIEST OF NASTY. I've seen cleaner mcdonalds in North County. My wife works in the food business and she even said management should be embarrased to let this happen to their store.
Worst McDonald’s in st.Charles. You literally can sit trapped in the drive thru for 30+ minutes. They never get your order correct and most of the time the food is burnt or tastes like it’s been sitting out forever.
I counted 3 people working. There were 2 cars waiting for food. We waited 20+ mins to order and 20+ mins for food. They simply did not care. They even had to ask us what drink we had ordered. I really don't understand, they were just standing there. If I could give zero stars I would.
I would give them a zero if possible, they have false advertising and I have pictures to prove it, I showed the manager and he said,I was wrong, but a picture doesn't lie, the picture says a chicken biscuit meal for $3.00 dollars,not $3.00 for the sandwich and 2.99 for the hash brown, then I upgraded my drink, Wich I didn't mind paying extra for, but it still should not have to cost me $10.64 according to the sign !!!!
Disgusting, the manager said something was wrong with the grill and that they sent multiple burgers out like this but can’t give me a refund because they didn’t give us a receipt.
It;s obvious the staff needs to return to school to learn how to read. When someone excludes an item such as egg from an order there could be an allergy reason. Its even worse when the STICKER they have to put on the item says no egg and yet it's still there....please ensure your employees have the proper education to work where reading is required.
