I waited ~10 min before the cashier took my order and I still received the wrong order. The ladies bathroom was unkept, the trash can was overflowing, I used the last squirt of hand soap and little toilet paper. Worst of all, it was 10:15 AM!
By far the best McDonald's in St Charles county and St.louis. They are nice and fun and your food. Wait for it is actually not old heat lamp food. It's hot and fresh like the commercials. Your order can be wrong anywhere. If you don't check before you leave you take a chance.
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, my daughters and I received the worst service you can imagine from the manager who ordered his subordinate not to wait on us but to clean tables (we we're the only people there) I had already ordered and paid in the mobile app so we had to wait amd wait we did for over 20 minutes while the manager continued to serve customer after customer in the drive thru, all whom showed up after I did. I finally had to demand my food in a stern voice and tell him I would no longer wait that he would get our food now so he finally decided to stop serving new customers and taking new orders amd get our food. When we got the food the fries were cold so we're the nuggets and they were supposed to be 2 6 piece nuggets, they were both only 4 and they didn't give us our milks. I couldn't even bring myself to go back inside and confront him, I had already wasted almost 45 minutes of life that I'll never get back!! I realize they are understaffed but this guy was unprofessional, rude and there was absolutely no excuse for his behavior. Needless to say I won't be going back to this location!!
This store is owned by franchise named FF&G . Avoid them at all costs.Me and another customer stood at front counter for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to take order. All self order kiosks were down. No excuse when you have 3 employees outside smoking and 2 people idle on food line.Talked to a employee outside who joked they had multiple health issues as well. Guess it's only a matter of time before they get shut down.Followup:Customer in front of me yelled obscenities and left after waiting he claims for 20minutes. I'm about to leave as well.Edit: left after 30 minutes.
Gave me 2 mcchickens with no lettuce even tho I ordered them regular. Also gave me a McDouble with cheese even though I ordered a hamburger with no mustard. The drive through working themselves were great. But whoever made the food was trippin. May 25th @11:45pm

I’ve made the mistake of coming to this location several times. Every time they are not busy the line is not extremely long but it does not move I almost feel like it’s intentional so that customers will leave I’ve never seen anything like this. And it happens every single time it would be faster for me to drive across town and go to a different location than to wait in line at this location I feel like they purposely do not acknowledge the speaker and purposely take a long time to move the line.
This is probably my favorite and most reliable McDonald's. Also, McDonald's is talked down on all the time by those under the illusory belief that there's a difference between a fast food burger and an expensive restaurant burger. There are several McDonald's, including this one, that match the quality very well. Most of the time you're order a cheap thin burger there, so you may fall into that illusion. However, if you order something with quarter meat on it, then you'll have the high quality burger you were craving. Wanna do even better? Most restaurants don't put mustard on their burgers. My tip for you: Order a Bacon Double Quarter Pounder without mustard, pickles, or onions. You'll realize after you bite into it without those added ingredients that a cooked burger is a cooked burger regardless of where it comes from, and that McDonald's is right on point with their delicious seasoned meat.
Came to pick up dinner for youngest granddaughter. Drive thru was packed so I opted to park and go in. I was NEVER acknowledged. Several employees looked at me waiting to order, but never offered assistance. I will never visit this McDonald's again!
I usually get a Big Mac because it's a known quantity and it's pretty consistently ok even from one store to the next. I tried something new and was punished for it. The chicken in the sandwich was dry and mostly flavorless. The bun matched the chicken.
