Smooth brain lady at window refused service when I tried to pay with 50$ dollar bill on father's day. Thanks lady, maybe take a math class or something so you can count over 20. Don't waste people's time especially with zero signage stating refusal of bills over 20$. Appalled and food is usually garbage anyway, will be sure to show up before close from now on with extremely large orders and pay with all my 50's.
To the last guy to leave a review and his wife.You are so tough getting on the internet and making fun of a high school girl. She was doing exactly what she was instructed to do. They don’t take bills over $20 because it eats up all the small bills from the drawer. If you have a problem go up there and ask for the manager instead of bullying a teenage girl for doing her job correctly.

I go here quite often and I always ask for my sandwich cut in half and they never do it and for whatever reason they never put my kicking ranch in the bag. It’s minute but frustrating.
So..I ordered a tuna fish sandwich. I ordered extra meat, otherwise it is a THIN layer, dominated by thick, chewy bread. I get my sandwich, and see about 3 ounces of tuna fish, that NEEDS 10 ounces or more. I complained, and got a NASTY attitude from the manager. Not only did I NOT get the EXTRA meat I paid for, the portion size of the tuna fish was smaller than ever. Covered about 1/3rd of the bread. MAYBE two ounces, for a FULL size sandwich. I won't get going back anytime soon.
This location is so-so. I live nearby so I’ve been a few times and something odd has happened each time. First, I went through drive through and when they handed my drink, it was overfilled and spilled everywhere in my car. No apology. Just recently, I went through drive thru again and received a bag of chips that was already open. I didn’t notice until I got home and was eating stale chips :’(
I got the little John Pepe with no Mayo and tomato with salt and vinegar chips. I think it's just your normal Jimmy John's.

Awful experience. Not one person making the food was wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic. I won’t be going back. What a joke.
