Jimmy John's always Good hate the App won't open for me ? They're missing Business I usually
Placed an online order at 6:14. It arrives at 6:39. My drink is wrong. I call at 6:45. The man says the driver will come back out with my replacement. Great, I’m satisfied. 8:06 hits, no replacement drink. I call to let them know it’s still not here. The driver LIES and said he brought it to my door, rang the bell but no one answered. I have a ring AND an Arlo facing downward on my front steps. You mean to tell me my technology failed twice? And I can’t even get a refund. Lol. Thumbs DOWN!
This location is my favorite Jimmy Johns. I've always experienced the people as nice with a great attitude and there's never a question if my sandwich is actually going to get cut, or not! Never had an issue with the food at any JJ locations.
Jimmy John's provided the food for my Brother's celebration of life. The sandwiches were delicious, the service was excellent, and they were so easy to work with. My entire family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the staff of the Country Club Plaza Drive location. Great job, and thank you very much.

Absolutely fresh and delicious and we used the drive thru. I would highly recommend this specific restaurant to others. One of the best tasting locations I've been to.
There were rats in the bathroom and roaches eating the pickles behind the counter, overall would not recommend going here. the workers spit on me.-sincerely karen k

They do not provide military/veteran discountsIf they mess up your order they give you credit but it is only good for 7 days.They charge for cheese (75 cents for four very thin slices of cheese).Charge 50 cents for a very small vinger cup of sauce.Charge of 1.50 for a small bag of chips with very little in it
1st time at a Jimmy John's and Ordered a Turkey sub with double cheese and avocado spread delicious fresh vegetables and a very nice Italian roll certainly would try it again
