Jimmy John's doesn't have quite as many options for toppings as some places but you can't argue about the quality of what they do have. The sandwichs are great. The service is always great & fast. We'll certainly be back soon!
Normally this location is great but the last experience was horrible. The guy who took our order was so rude and disrespectful and had an attitude the entire time like he was being bothered by having to take an order. We were the only car there…. When we pulled up to the window his just opened the window and stared at us then held his hand out for payment. No welcome, no acknowledgement other than a cold, rude stare. He handed the card back after running it and continued to stare at us. No “thank you” or “here you go” or anything. Just another cold, rude stare. He gave us our food without a word and continued to stare at us then closed the window. The entire transaction occurred without a word after the drive thru. The receipt said the order taker was Carson. Unbelievably rude and horrible experience.
One of the best things about this location is that the employees were always very friendly chill and fast! Not whoever was working July 7 though...YIKESSSS. Seemed like they were on a bad trip or something ?? very out of it and SO rude. If you want Jimmy John's just go to a different one :/ hope i can change this review in the future.
Good sandwiches but didn't recognize the storefront as a JJ. Looked more like a bank.
Great food, and GREAT customer service. Friendly and helpful. My youngest has an egg allergy, they went above and beyond to help me find a sandwich I could order for her, and did everything to ensure there was no cross contamination! Thanks!!
for the amount they charge the least they can do is give you some soda with your ice, but no, they pack the cup as much as they can with ice. you can hardly get a straw in.
I was traveling from Colorado to Tennessee and made a stop here to grab a quick bite. Went in the drive-thru and ordered 2 #9-s. Employee working the drive-thru was really nice,funny and friendly. You could definitely tell he loved his job too! Also sandwiches were delicious as always!
I’m leaving this review on behalf of my 5 year old. If I don’t then she will make me drive there tomorrow to tell you this and with the storm coming thats not something I feel is essential. Anyway, she wants me to let y’all know that “your chips are awesome and thank you for making them for her”.Our food was good but those were apparently some top tier chips.
Ordered a $45 order and waited for almost 40 minutes!! Called and the foreign manager who answered the phone said that his driver should be there shortly with our food... waited almost 20 more minutes before calling back and he became super rude saying we would get our food when it showed up!! It never showed up so we canceled the order and asked for a refund which he told us we we weren't getting because we made his driver cry!! We never spoke to the driver so how we made her cry is beyond me!! He told us he wasn't giving a refund and that he was going to pay his driver for the INCONVENIENCE!!!!! The inconvenience of not showing up with the food we ordered and paid for!! We will NOT be giving them our business again!! Absolutely the worst kind of management training if any at all!! If I could rate zero stars I would but I have to at least rate 1 but it really doesn't even deserve that star!
Deliveries sometimes take longer, seems they only have 1 driver most of the time. Always amazing service and food though
