So happy to update my review!I think this location may be hit or miss. For a while every time I went it was just bad. Well it's been a while and decided to get breakfast this time and it was great! Friendly and food was 1000x better than expected! The breakfast jacks had a different bread kinda like a grilled cheese and the tacos were not disgusting and greasy! Restores my hope in jack in the box let's goooo!
It’s a shame we even have to leave one star. A few weeks back my wife went to this location to get us all food only to be told they weren’t taking cash. The guy in front of her in the drive-through had exact change and they still said no. Today we went out of our way to drive back to this location only to be told in the drive-through they are not taking orders at this time because she is the only worker there. We won’t be back
Had to get my money back for my order. Ordered a Jumbo Jack and received a regular cheeseburger. Took the order back and was told they didn't have lettuce or tomatoes. It would have been nice if they told me when I ordered. Staff was rude and lazy. They did not apologize or attempt to make things right.
Ridiculous! Sat in drive through for 20 minutes while the car at the microphone to place order never moved. Unfortunately, this type of service is more and more common across the board post-covid. Tired of the excuses! Hire a manager that can fix these issues or you'll go the way of other fast food, post covid restaurants: out of business.
I use to eat at this Jack in a box regularly until the shake machine is down daily. Just tried again to get one and the staff was sitting at table out back when I pulled up to drive thur but soon as he asked what I’d like I started with the shake and of course I get told shake machine is down. I would think by now u would take them off the menu as it’s really not and option or buy another shake machine as that one stays broke. Very unhappy with the service. Use to be great, hopefully it gets better and I’ll check again another time.
May 7th 1035pm. Drove 16 minutes to this location and they were closed an hour and a half early. From what I understand from other reviews this particular location is having trouble with their current employees not wanting to take orders. They should really unlist this location from Google until they get these issues worked out.
Went to this location on April 29, 2022 at 7:30 pm. All employees were relaxing in the dinning area. 4 cars were waiting to be served and all left without being helped. Hopefully these kids are fired and can continue to live with mom and dad and be a pain to them, and not society.
Greased out tacos with cheese and meat particles hanging on the outside of the taco wrappers the sauce packets thrown in were covered in old nasty dried on sauce..waited 17 minutes in line the day before for 2 breakfast jumbo jacks and a coca~cola..and the first and second cup had dark brown residue all over the outside. Pretty grouse day~§hift
Our car and 1 other in drive thru and we waited for almost 30 minutes after ordering. The order was wrong, the burger and chicken sandwich was sloped together and the bun soggy from all the sauce that it was floating in. Fries were half done & my soda was half Coke and half Dr pepper. I understand its Easter and these days staffing can be difficult. Just a little effort would of been nice. The drive thru staff didn't greet or thank us. No napkins or condiments. Did I return to have my order corrected? NO because I already waited 30 mins for what I got. Did I call to speak to the manager? NO because there was NO guests inside, and only my car and 1 other car in the drive thru the manager should of had no problems seeing how orders were being prepared and expedited.
Every time I come here their shake machine seems to be “down”. When in reality that means they’re not willing to clean it for it to be used. I’ve worked in fast food myself and have many times seen this same thing happen. Done coming to this jack in the box. Last time I will be disappointed.
