This has to be the slowest fast food restaurant in the world. For some reason I continue to give them a chance and go one more time. Today that ends. I’ve been in line for over 30 minutes, and still don’t have my food. Was in line for 10 minutes with 2 vehicles in front of me just to order. After paying the attendant disappeared for over 5 minutes only because someone was inside at the counter. I will not be back.UPDATE: As you can see below Jack In The Box responded to my review. Seemed like they really cared, and wanted more information by providing a link. ABSOLUTELY NOT. The link is just to their generic FAQ page. No way I could leave feedback, or chat with someone. Speaks volumes about what JTIB cares about.

Worst jack in the box I’ve ever been too. Food was just the saddest thing i’ve ever seen. Employees aren’t that respectful either. Look at the “Spicy” Loaded fries we got. Saddest Squirt of cheese, no bacon, and no jalapeños. Just close this place down.

Very sweet lady named Jessica working. While it did take a little time it was hot and fresh. Wait is expected when you realize the lady taking the order is the same one making food. For all the complaints left at least they are open and trying.

They are the worst jack n the box. I pulled up and they asked me to wait.... I sat in drive thru for over 10 minutes before leaving. No one came back on the speaker. The worst jack n the box. I would not go here. They really should fire the whole crew and start over with new employees and managers.

Terrible serviceI was 2nd in line in the drive thru one car behind me. I waited 7 minutes before the car behind me gave up. I left and the car infront of me pulled out also. There were no cars in front of us.The back door of the restaurant was wide open and it is right next to the ordering kiosk. Not interested in waiting on customers I guess

Girl would not serve me at the drive thru. They did not respond at the menu so we drove up to the window to place a one meal order and a girl yelled at me for not ordering at the menu when they did not even take my order. I don't know who was in shift at 7:30pm on 2/5/22 but she should absolutely not be working with customer.

Extremely rude workers. Went for a pickup order, doors were locked, didn't get a response from the DT. Pulled up to window and got their attention only to be told they were closed. I suggested to put up a sign so others would know and was told "i dont have to do $hit and Google our hours." Their website and Google said they opened at 10am. I was there for my pickup order at 1150am.

Unfriendly,basically walk away after giving my egg rolls. No napkins, no sweet sour. Then waited until she came back, only then she acted like I was bothering her. No more to this place until she’s gone. Happened 2/23/22 at 4-5 pm.

I arrived at 10am Tuesday, 2/1/22. Pulled up to the drivethru. No answer. I pulled up to the window and two employees inside looked at me and walked away. Thus JB had gone completely down hill. It's either always closed or very slow. This is poor management and nothing else. McDs doesn't struggle with this

This is the 2nd night in a row have went there at 1 20 am and they said were not taking anymore orders i was the only car there why stay open until 2 am they aren they are not goung to serve
