Food is good. Make sure they ring it up right especially if you have coupons. Most likely they wont
S.L.O.W.....Service for a fast food joint, but still has standard quality burgers.
They appeared to be short of help. The lady at the drive up was friendly but the group of cars in front of me had to pull away from the window to wait for their orders. After paying I had to pull forward to wait for my order. The drive up lady bought out the orders to the waiting cars, including mine. She had a difficult time walking. When I arrived home, I discovered my order was wrong.
Went to get breakfast. Ordered a sausage biscuit with no egg and no cheese and hasbrowns and a coke. I was asked did i want it in a combo i said yes. I get my food and i have a sausage frisco with egg and cheese. Not even the kind of sandwich i asked for. Returned for refund and employee dropped half of my change on the ground while handing me my refund and kept walking. Poor customer service and attitudes
Placed my order at the drive through. Pulled to the window and paid and was asked to move forward to wait for my order which was a simple single combo meal. Waited 20 minutes and then had to back up to the window to remind them that I was still waiting. Waited another 5 minutes to finally get my single combo meal. Hamburger was smashed, fries were cold. I think the only place worse in St. Charles County is the Popeyes on Salt Lick.
This is honestly the worst place to get something to eat in the St. Charles area. When they employ a cashier who is obnoxious, rude, hateful, and should not be working or dealing in or with the public, it's actually a complete turnoff, and most people who have to deal with that, will not return.I will not return until they get decent staff. I wish the Hardee's company luck.They definitely need it.
Donated to Heat up St. Louis today and got 20 sausage biscuits for the whole family! Fast and hot, I'll definitely be back next time around! ❤️
The food here is hit or miss. Sometimes it's fresh and sometimes it's not. The fries are rarely fresh especially between 3pm and 5pm, when I get off work. It's disappointing because I used to love Hardee's.
Limited menu. Out of stock. Almost everything is still frozen except burgers prepared and not fresh. Sad
I gave him four stars because it's probably about to change. The young guy took my debit card and walked it to the back where his cook was and they were having a conversation. Let's hope this doesn't turn into fraud. Also customer service is terrible. Sandwich is missing ingredients. Wow
