Food was good as usual but I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes while I listened to the 4 workers play around in the back kitchen, laughing & goofing off. Then unapologetically emerged to answer a customer complaint phone call while I continuned to wait. The guy dropping fries was nice but everyone else unprofessional.
Service was great here! Expensive, but delicious, and they certainly did not short change us on Cajun fries.

Five guys is always awesome. The food was exactly what I expected, great. Don't come in during the evening as the counter staff will be difficult to understand and obtuse in attitude.
5 guys continues to reinforce its place in my burger Pantheon as the greatest hamburger crafters in existence. Spider-man is correct, best burgers ever.
If you want a smaller burger try the little ones.
Their website claimed this location offered curbside, which was the only reason I chose to order from here for lunch. When I arrived and called to tell them I had arrived, they refused to bring it out to me, telling me they had discontinued curbside months ago (despite what the website says). I explained that I had my young child and dog in the car, so I could not easily come inside, which is why I ordered curbside in the first place (not to mention I am pregnant and trying to avoid unnecessary exposures during a pandemic). They still refused to bring me my food. I finally went in to get my food and they have MANY employees behind the counter and a single customer inside, seems like they easily could have run my food out to me. I made sure to show them where the website said they did curbside. I won't be back to this location, as their customer service was despicable. The two stars are only awarded because my food was at least correct and tasted fine.
At most I saw three guys here. The employees are great and deserve raises
I ordered a cheeseburger and two small fries. My cheeseburger was cooked well but they did not put on A1 sauce that I requested. The fries had so much salt that I was not able to eat them. I tried to take off some of the salt but it sticks to the fries so I gave up. All of this food cost $19.00 and you would think there would be some kind of quality control at that price. I am very disappointed and I am not sure I will return to that location.
