Another 1st timer for me. My kids wanted to buy me breakfast this morning for Fathers Day and we ended up at First Watch. Our waitress was very friendly. It had gotten pretty busy within a matter of mins of us being seated. The food was super awesome. And the drinks were great. We had a sunrise drink with mint and a bunch of fresh juices. It was perfect. I really enjoyed myself and i was very comfortable. My wife and I will be going back soon.
Wednesday late morning. Seated immediately. Waitress was training a new hire, no worries, happy to accommodate. My wife’s food came out as normal, my wrap came to the table 5 minutes later. Must have been rushed because it was too hot to hold, it steamed for several minutes. That was the last time we saw our waitress and the trainer. Luckily another waitress noticed us and cleared our table, brought us to go boxes. Waited 10 minutes after being finished for our waitress to appear to bring us our check. Good food kept it from 1 star.
EDIT 5/8/22: Since I had such a great experience my first time ordering from here two days ago, I thought I’d order from here again on Mother’s Day. WHAT A MISTAKE. I ordered a waffle, turkey sausages, and scrambled eggs with 2 morning meditation juices. My order was scheduled to be ready at 930 (placed at 9). My husband arrived to pick up the food, and it was not ready; they told him it’d be an additional 10 minutes. Well the additional wait time ended up being more like 20 minutes. He was not accommodated, offered anything for the delay or even offered anything to drink while he waited. Once the food was ready, it was sat on the to go shelf. Mind you, my husband had to sit outside and wait. No one called any names or came to notify him that the food was ready. Once he went back inside to ask yet again if the food was finally ready, he was told matter of factly that they’d just sat our order on the to go shelf as if he was to know that. Additionally, our hotel is just a 3 minute walk from the restaurant, so I expected the food to still be warm when he got back; it was not. The food was cold, and to make matters worse, my waffle was over cooked on one side; light and airy on one side and burnt on the other. We will not be patronizing this business again, and I would appreciate an email or call from management to discuss this matter further.5/6/22: Overall great experience. I ordered pick up, and the customer service was on par when I picked up my food. I ordered the chicken avocado chop salad which was amazing. My husband ordered a side of buttered grits and the elevated egg sandwich which came with breakfast potatoes. He was pleased with the sandwich, however the potatoes were very salty, so much so that he could not eat much of them, and the grits had extremely too much butter. We also ordered the morning meditation juice which was amazing. Aside from the potatoes and grits, this would have been a 5 star meal.
A great place for brunch with friends and fam with a variety of options to choose from. you really can't go wrong????
This location is the only location we’ve been too. Food is exceptional took my Mom and daughter for the first time they loved it! Great staff. Our servers Annie & Olivia were great both times. Definitely no complaint
If you go to the First Watch in Streets of St. Charles you are likely to bump into one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Mike who works at First Watch is by far one of the nicest people I have ever met. He made the whole experience 10x’s greater. He’s funny, kind, hospitable, happy and eager to share his knowledge and suggestions when trying to pick something to order from the extensive menu! I will definitely be back! Obsessed with first watch. & this location makes it a slam dunk. Annie, i think was her name, was the sweetest darn thing ever. I will request her if she’s there next time. We live by a different location but I think I’ll start going to this one. The food is fresh, healthy, tasty. You dont leave feeling like you might get a blood clot- Lol. Love their morning meditation & potatoes. I cant promise anything to others but in my experience, the expected wait time is always less than they say, which is a wonderful surprise. I like places that overshoot rather than under.

This is the best breakfast I've had in a long time. They had a pulled pork poutine with eggs over easy on top - delicious and savory. The morning sunrise cocktail was refreshing. The service was really good. I will be coming back!
