Sad to see so many. One star reviews. My daughter and I went here today. Received a great greeting. The lady was helpful with the menu since I hadnt been there. We got our food and received a "have a blessed day on the way out" food was correct, delicious and picture perfect.
My FAVORITE firehouse, my food is always hot , made with love and I always get greeted when walking in . Everyone is super attentive to the customers and it’s always nice and clean and ready to eat at any open table !
Girls gossiping in the back, waiting 10 mins to even take my order, pure attitude from the workers, playing on there cell phone instead of making sandwiches. I don’t leave bad reviews but this place is bad.
Went to this location yesterday and was pretty disappointed. There were an employees kids sleeping in the lobby and going back behind the counter. The employee taking the order was very rushed and asked me “is that all for you” after EVERY sandwich. Our family of 4 is standing there, why would that be all after 1 sandwich. The bread and toppings were completely wrong on my husbands and I sandwich. The employees were fighting loudly about who was washing dishes. It was a train wreck and probably won’t be back. It’s a bummer since we normally love Firehouse.

So slowwwwwwww. 5 people working and taking more than 10 mins to make a sandwich. Literally watch a girl with plastic gloves wipe her nose and then stand at the cash register. Disgusting.
Amazing service!Robert there is always on spot with my sandwich, there manager there stood up for his store while I was there, he was very kind and diplomatic in his actions! I wish we had more and employs in the world like them! They were both so kind and I will most deffintly be going back!
Been here multiple times, they can’t ever seem to get my online order right! This time, things I ordered weren’t even included and my sandwich was 1,000% incorrect. I went in for a dine in another time and I saw people eating behind the counter in the food prep area. I mean, what’s health and safety, am I right?Why does this one have to be open longer than others?

Ordered a steak and cheese add banana peppers. Received banana peppers on bread. Because I ordered through door dash, I received zero help. No assistance offered whatsoever. What a joke.
