Good drive thru service and good quality of my cold brew! The only issue is that the parking lot is DANGEROUS to enter from the Boone's Lick entrance because of EXTREMELY DEEP POTHOLES. Please be careful driving.
Just ok. Parking lot needs severe help. If you have to drive around the drive though plan to go over pot holes that are a foot or more deep.
Good, courteous staff who took our orders and filled them promptly. A little understaffed, but we got our drinks quick regardless
Want extremely cold donuts, burned yet soggy hashbrowns, a sad breakfast sandwich, and to be greeted like they absolutely hate their job? Then this Dunkin Donuts is for you. Next time I will go rummage through McDonald's dumpster across the street for a better experience. I don't normally post such dismal reviews, but this was my absolute worst breakfast experience ever.
Mid day and they had no doughnuts which was upsetting. Store had about 4-5 staff members working which was a pleasant surprise.Overall the store was fairly well kept
A BIG THANK YOU TO SERENA!!! A little while back I was staying up the street at the hospital with my grandfather who just had his third stroke. I was going through the drive through to pick up some coffee for my grandma and I. I was obviously a mess. I practically had to be walked through my order. When I got to the window I was short what I owed. I told the Serena at the window I was short. She told me not to worry about to she’ll take care of it. You have no idea how that positively impacted my day. Thank you so much Serena they better be paying you well!
My family and I went inside and the whole place looked like a dump. Coffee was spilled all over a table and ground. Every other single table had crumbs on it. The trash can area where straws/napkins are were trashy. Literally straws dumped and no napkins in the napkin holder. Please get a site manager or another manager at that location, because those workers are lazy and left an unkept, dirty area for customers to sit down. If a health inspector walked in that place they would be disgusted and probably close down that site.
Ordered a large cold brew black it came out looking like a light ice tea. I said excuse me this isn’t cold brew that should be super dark brown. They checked, said nope that’s the cold brew we have. I tasted it - disgusting. They took no ownership. Needless to say went to Starbucks down the street and won’t be returning to this location.
This place has gone seriously downhill in the past couple months. My order is wrong 9 times out of 10. It’s honestly mind boggling. You ordered a small? Prepare for a large. Ordered assorted donuts? You’ll get all one kind. Ask for light ice? You’ll get no ice. It is actually bizarre how bad the orders get screwed up. Anytime I order a donut it comes in a bag icing down. If I order hot food and a drink, I get the hot food first and then have to wait 5-10 mins for my drink so now my food I’m taking home is cold. It’s hard to be mad when it’s so comically bad. So, so bad.
Hannah was amazing at the St. Charles location on 5th street. So nice!! I messed my order up on accident and she remade my coffee without any hesitation!!!!!
