This has to be the worst Domino's I have ever dealt with! Thier employees can't keep up and then close early. Calling customer service is a joke!On 2 occasions I have tried two put an online order in, for it to not go through w no explanation. I had already sent my family to the store to pick up so I immediately called the store. For 25 mins they let it ring. When my family arrived to find no order for us they called me where they them told the workers to answer the phone. Thier response was that they are not accepting orders at that time bc they are behind!!!! So instead of informing the customers of this, they just let the customer waste their time.And now this is the 2nd time I've tried to order a pizza at least 15 mins before closing only to be denied stating they are closed. Ummm nowhere does it state they take their last order so many minutes prior to closing. Everything says they close at 12am on Sundays.Now I did give 2 stars bc 1 time, yes only once was I able to pickup my order and they had the pie ready when I arrived. This was during the day. So basically the problem is the evening staff.Oh yea and I emailed corporate prior to this incident. Never heard anything back from them.

We usually get bigger orders with multiple large pizzas & other items. The food lasts for multiple meals. This time we bought several of their medium sized items & very very pleased with it. It all only really lasted for a couple of meals but it still gave us a variety of things to eat both nights. Domino's has an interesting selection of items on their menu & we tried many of them. We'll certainly place orders both ways again in the future!

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Ordered a chicken parmesean sandwich among other things. Sandwich had no meat on it. Tried to call no answer, went up to store. They remade it but refused to refund my delivery fee.

Have attempted to order 3 times from this location. They either shut the app down for orders or don’t answer their phone, get routed to a call center and then back to a non answering store. I understand COVID has impacted staffing, but it’s no excuse for a complete absence of service. Thank goodness for other businesses that actually want my money.

Very quick and efficient. 100% accurate this visit. Helpful hint: order online or through the app: there are coupons that really lower the price! (I sat in the lobby and order on my phone... saved $10 per pizza!)

I ordered a pizza Friday, 4/22/22, and did curbside. I received the wrong pizza. I tried calling and the call was never answered. (I was on hold for over 1/2 hour) I tried later and still no answer. In addition, every time I order add'l bacon, there is barely get ANY bacon. The last thing, I once ordered a hand pan pizza, and the bacon was under the cheese and half raw. All this during the month of April. Why do I go back.....I love Dominos and always hope they get my next pizza right. :(

I’ve always gotten my pizzas here and have never had a problem until recently. The last 3 times they’ve been completely wrong, and nothing ever gets done to fix it. i’ve wasted easily 75$ on pizzas that weren’t made right.

Long gone are the days of ordering from Dominos and getting your pizza delivered in 30 minutes are the order is free. The app tracker showed “John” started my order at 6:01pm, so I call at 7:01pm to check on in since the tracker still shows “order started.” I am typing this review as I wait on hold for 20 minutes and nobody picking up. The site says delivery times could be 80-90 minutes. I am at 80 minutes and the pizza has not hit the oven.Not so funny we have a kids birthday party and one of the girls said they are starving. I told the kids Dominos pizza was ordered and the one girl said “ Dominos…. They take 2 hours!” I thought she was exaggerating and just hungry. Nope. At this point I will be surprised if the pizza makes it at 2 hours.Nobody wants to hear excuses about the challenges of finding reliable workers. Save some of the marketing expenses about how you give customers tips they can use for future orders and pay people that will work. Nobody will call Dominos again after this experience which is consistent in all the reviews.

I had a very bad experience. I h ad delivery and I was charged 4.99 . Then it was delivered an hour after I t was taken out of the oven. By the time I got it the pizza was cold greasy and soft. I will never order from them again.

Called after ordering through the app, and finding OVER AN HOUR LATER it was still showing Jonathan had it in "Prep". Stayed on hold for 22-mins, when they finally picked up. I heard a lady tell a customer in front of her that they never made their 3 pizzas, but she's never said a thing to me. After dealing with the customer in front of her, she hung up on me without even ever saying hi. Called back a SECOND TIME, and waiting over an hour this time to see what's up with the pizza order they charged me for now TWO HOURS AGO!!! Pizza order hadn't even been started!!! What the hell is wrong with Domino's these days? WORST. DOMINOS. EVER!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!
