food was good ,my t-bone how i asked to be medium rare ,our waiter was great and we love the music the was on that play list ,it looked like people actually enjoy working there ,we love that
12:30am, getting takeout. Cooks and front staff were stoned. You can smell it as soon as you walked In. Order was cold and not fit to eat. Soggy fries and soggy bread. Older tasting meat. Rubber cheese. Asked for mayo and got ranch dressing instead. Syrup in the bag when we didn't order anything for it. Salad was pulled from a giant garbage pail lined with black plastic bag. Wilted and weird smell. Never going back.
Employees were nice, helpful and provided good service despite being EXTREMELY under staffed. 1 cook, 1 waiter and sort of busy at that hour. A friend and I came in, placed an order to go and while waiting....A group of 10 people came in and then another different group of 5 people walked in and the 1 server politely informed them how short staffed they were and how they don't mind serving them but that it would be a long time before they would get their food and if they didn't mind that then they would gladly seat them... Both parties left. I would have to based on what I saw...those 2 were holding the place together and did pretty goodI rated this 3 stars only because my burger and fries were not hot, sort of warm and my the meat on my burger tasted as if it had been sitting out all day before finally being cooked.Otherwise those 2 fellas did the damn thing, despite the minor set backs they had that (because there were only 2) made the minor setbacks kind of major backs. Thank you
Worst service! Horrible filthy dirty place. The servers are terrible. They never took our order. People were seated after us. They took their orders and when we asked about our order being taken they said our server would be right there. We finally walked out and no one even acknowledged us. Racist place!!!!
We came at around 2am. They had a long wait as they only had one server who wasn't getting very much help from her manager. Even so she was super upbeat kind and attentive. I don't know how she kept her sanity. The food was also good. I hadn't eaten at Dennys in forever. I need to come back.
This location is a mess. Lots of staff, no one serving. Cooks overloaded the nachos with meat. That's great, except that's where the seasoning is and it overloaded them with spice. Took an hour to get the food. Sat there waiting for over 20 minutes to just order in the first place with my existence being acknowledged once in that time. Not impressed. Will pass this location next time.
My wife and I hadn't been to Denny's for a long time. We decided to give them a try. We were pleasantly surprised! I had the crazy spicy bowl, it was better than great! My wife had a party melt, she really enjoyed it. Problem is, Denny's has taken a spot in our top five in the area.
Now I remember why I don't go to Denny's anymore! The lucky gentleman behind us, who was say after us, got his food in about 8 minutes, but after twenty minutes I went to ask where our food was. Our server had it on tray, not under the heat lamps, for almost ten minutes because he thought it more important to cash folks out then deliver hot food. We left without eating and will never be back!
The host that is working this morning was completely unwelcoming to her customers. I walked in with my children and family friends. We were a party of 8 and we explained to her that we would separate since we are two different families. She refused to seat us even after several staff members behind her continued to tell her it wasn’t an issue, with an attitude. The host stated they were short staffed and it wasn’t possible and seemed frustrated. Understandable that it is frustrating that they are short staff; everywhere is short staff at the moment. However she shouldn’t take her frustration out on the customers as they are walking in. She is the first that the customers walk in, she should be positive regardless of her frustrations. We walked out and went to a different restaurant with our children. I will definitely not recommend this restaurant at all.!! Very disappointing.
They were shirt staffed and still sat our table of 6 and really we saw no delay. Food was hot a ready and so good tasting. Waitress was wonderful!
