Even though it was horribly short staffed, we got our food within 5-10 minutes. The area was neat and tidy and staff was wonderful even though they were strained. I would definitely go back and if you're in the area, have a stop by and hopefully your experience will be the same.
This was the absolute disgusting place. I didn't eat there, but what I saw them do wasn't good. They wore gloves and touched everything without changing their gloves once! I will never eat there! Just go in and watch what I saw and decide for yourself.
Food was on point employees where niceI ordered fries no salt and they had me taste one to make sure everything was as I ordered great bk !
paid for 4 bacon cheeseburgers 2 fries and 2 cheeseburgers. I didn't receive a receipt and paid with cash. they didn't give me three bacon cheeseburgers! I complained and they said I didn't pay for it and couldn't prove it ? I am going to dispute the transaction with my bank. this is insane!
I wanted to go inside to order my food to go but the lobby was closed. Looks like another shorthanded situation. I then used the drive through. The small vehicle line moved forward quickly, my order was made fast & correct. The employee was very courteous & kind. My food was hot & I will go there again.
Employees was nice but food was barely warm and the nuggets, mozzarella sticks, and jalapeno bites had been all sitting for a while. Dining room was a mess, but condiments was all very well stocked.
I waited for 15 minutes to get my order taken while there wasn’t anyone in drive thru. I finally got my order taken and the lady told to to stay at the speaker and not move. I was totally confused. After 5 minutes I pulled up and she yelled at me for moving up. Then some guy handed me my drink and the lid wasn’t on and it spilled all over me and my car. He just laughed. No apology or nothing. I told them to just give me back my money and I left. They are luck I did leave . I will never go back to Burger King again!
Staff was extremely grumpy, took forever to get order for pickup. One woman literally ignored me when I asked her a question about my order as if I didn’t exist. Walking in there felt like I was walking into some toxic, bickering family’s kitchen. Food was nasty. Would not recommend or return. Would give 0 stars if I could.
it is always closed to the dining room, and those of us who come in big trucks cannot have food, I would suggest that they better close this place total it is never open
It's been forever since I had Burger King, after I got a look at my big fish sandwich,I remembered why. My grade school lunch room had better fish stix than this. Thin, hard,reheated in micro before serving it to me.(lettuce was hot). wasted $5.00. Lady taking my order was nice. Save yourself- drive on!
