I was told my order would take 20 minutes. I was 3 minutes away so I sat in their lot until my order was ready. I ordered 10 wings and fries wings were warm and my fries were dry and cold. I paid $15 plus and also left a tip for the girl who ONLY CASHED ME OUT. I will pay $30 for wings from the grocery store and make my own from now on. If your a manager in any restaurant value kind customers you just lost one!!
This is my third and final experience at this location. I ordered boneless buffalo wings, I tried one wing it didn’t taste like buffalo in the slightest, they were so dark (the same color as the BBQ wings I ordered) whether it be from being overcooked or old grease I’m not sure. I called and had the wings refunded, I started eating my fries which is now all I have for dinner they were not cooked all the way through which was the same problem I had the first two times I’ve ordered from this location. The second time I even specifically asked for someone to make sure the fries were all the way done, they couldn’t even do that.
5/24/22 at around 8 pm- we stood at the front, with nobody else waiting, while there were 3 people at the to go counter chatting amongst themselves that said nothing to us for 5 minutes. Finally a waitress/hostess, not sure, came over and we asked for a booth. We have a 4 year old...easier to keep him contained that way. She said she would get one cleaned off and stepped away. Great! About 2 minutes later a young guy came over and asked if we had been helped. We said yes, we had asked for a booth and the girl was getting it cleaned off. We didn't mind waiting for it. He said he couldn't seat us at that booth because he had just sat that waitress, and she would be mad at him. Well. We left. Now she can be mad at you for missing out on a $20-$30 tip.
Last time coming here. Someone stole our reward points. Brought out burnt (black) boneless chicken. We complained and they brought out the same burnt chicken with more sauce on them to cover it up. Walking out cook scanning on his cell phone with no gloves on In the kitchen. Complained to MOD said we wouldn’t be back. “0k” he said. Place has gone down hill we used to come at least once a wk. Food terrible Manager doesn’t care. Waitress was very nice embarrassed our food was burnt black.
Sadly a horrible experience. It was our sons school night so we came for dinner which we love BWW anyway so we figured it was a win/win. Not tonight we waited for our food when it came out both kids orders were wrong and both of our boneless wings were burnt and cold at the same time along with cold fries. Our server was very nice said she would bring out new kids meals right away and put new orders in for us. 15 minutes later still no food at all or the other drink I ordered. We told her we were upset and leaving. No manager ever came to our table to address any of the issues or to try and make it right. Server said she was going to get our food another 10 minutes still no food. We eventually did get it to go but needless to say it was not the family dinner we were expecting, and guess what boneless wings were still burnt. Also, the kitchens music was so loud you could hear it over restaurant music it was also not appropriate music for young kids. Not sure if we will be returning to this BWW.
Worst service, wrong food brought to our table, just drop and go. No napkins or silverware.People were coming in after us and eating and leaving before us! Didn't see a manager till we were ready to leave, and asked for the manager. Server started out good and just crashed and burned. Would just speed by the table with some excuse. All around SUCKED WON'T BE BACK..we were Compensated at the end of our 1 1/2 hour time spent there.and when we got there they were not even busy!Not sure if this will help anyone else.But think twice before u go there.
It’s took almost 20 minutes before anybody even acknowledged i was here and I’m sitting in the bar area where there’s tons of waitresses and these are not my cups 35 mins and still no food this is ridiculous service watching 3 servers walk pass me
In recent memory I've received excellent service here. Quick food preparation, and very kind serving staff. The food is also delicious!
Good food and drinks. The bar is excellent. Servers were kind and efficient during the even dinner rush. Overall great experience here. Family friendly environment. No complaints at all.
Juliet was awesome!! Everyone should have a server like Juliet. She is very attentive and patient. She interacts well with her customers!
