I stopped by for happy hour with friends and my server Coby was as gregarious as can be. Coby was very polite and friendly and made sure all our needs were met. The food was great and I especially enjoyed my Bloody Mary.
Alex is an amazing manager! She kept her whole staff busy and productive, and was able to make sure we had the best dine out experience. Great place for mimosas!
Maddi was our server and she made the experience so amazing for us! Thank you Maddi for working so hard and being such a personable waitress to my children! Food was also so delicious!
My friend and I arrived around 10 p.m. on a friday night. It took, not even kidding, 20 minutes before we were even greeted by a server. I ordered the chicken nachos which consisted of about 4 chips with anything on them and my friend ordered the jalapeño honey boneless wings. We received our food and she had completely plain chicken with ranch and my nachos were just sad. Not to mention, our server never checked on us once. To have to pay about $50 for this pathetic meal is just disappointing. As a server myself, it was frustrating to have such terrible food and service all around.
I was at bar Loui earlier today and Tara was my waitress, best waitress I’ve had in months. Very knowledgeable and attentive to our group. Kudos to bar loui for having such an amazing employee who shows car for the costumers.
What a fun place to be! Wonderful selection of mixed drinks as well as wines and beers. Great food! I had street tacos that were amazing and my husband loved the hamburger. Our server Valerie was very knowledgeable and efficient, friendly, attentive and quick! Kept our drinks coming and brought the food very fast, even though the place was packed. We really enjoyed the whole experience. So happy that this location opened in St Charles. We will be back often!
Bar Louie has always been a favorite for my wife and I! This time was just as amazing as always. First off I want to really thank our waitress Kalee for being super attentive, informative, kind, and just overall outstanding. Food and drinks were delicious and we always love going during happy hour. So much value for your money! Would highly recommend to anyone and we will continue to come back as always!!
This was the 4th time here! The first two times were ok. The third time they didn't have salad or voodoo pasta..this 4th time was terrible. We walked in and got sat at a dirty table..took the waitress 20+min to greet us and clean our table. Then they were out of voodoo pasta again.. I ordered a steak sandwich and my boyfriend ordered a chicken and macaroni dish. Both were trash! Mines was burnt his looked like something off the kids menu!it took the waitress another 10-15 mins to come back to our table..and we then complained... I thank the manager for coming out and apologizing,but this was totally unacceptable.. We will never go back here ..Don't Recommend
I came in last night and wanted to sit on the patio. I was greeted at the door and was told to just go pick a table'. Before I even sat down, our server (chelsea) was walking towards us with waters and a smile on her face. I was amazed, I'd never had service like that here before. She was great, very knowledgeable about the drinks and the food. My daughter didn't know what to order and she gave us some great suggestions. We sat outside for a few hours. And she was very accommodating, and patient with us. My daughter and I had a beautiful night together, we laughed all night. Thanks Chelsea for making our night special.
