I don’t know which employee it was but they were incredibly rude. You got my order wrong and I simply asked for it to be fixed and they rolled their eyes when I asked and slammed my food down. They were short with very short hair and glasses. Never got a name.
I watched my wings sit on a rack for like 15 minutes before I was called to get them, however food was good
Poor customer service experience and the owner needs to be aware of their employees behavior. I'll briefly explain what happen below:I checked the restaurant closing time which was set to 12 am. I placed my call around 11:28 pm for a pick-up order. Was this cutting it close to closing time, sure. The guy answered my call then said can I place you on a brief hold? Sure, why not. Five minutes later guy gets back on the phone, not a big deal. But then I asked to placed my orders he then said we are not taking orders anymore. What? He was not apologetic. It made me wonder did he put me on hold to make the time later to justify not place an order to go home sooner? I understand that the person most likely wants to go home early but this is your job.I don't know what the business rules or guidelines are when it comes to taking in orders. But if you know that you're not taking order then let your customers know before placing them on a 5 minute holding period and then unapologetically say you're not taking orders in.I am not commenting to say their food sucks because saying that would be inaccurate. My goal is to let the owner know that the customer service was terrible and the owner should be made aware of this because if they did this to me it makes me wonder if they do this to everyone as well.
I don't know how someone so racist is allowed in a position of management. This man fired his employee and called him the N-word because the employee needed to take his wife to the hospital. I don't know who raised you, Sir. I hope you're not someone who considers themselves a good Christian, because that is not good Christian behavior. You need to be fired. Wingstop needs to be sued. Disgraceful. When a man cares for his wife, he is a good man and should be supported. Regardless, there is never a reason to use the N-word.
Firstly, I think Chance deserves a raise. Every time I need to place an order by phone he picks up immediately. Knows exactly what I want. Then I pick it up. Super efficient. I placed an order in the store the other day while he was on cash register/lobby, and he didn't miss a beat between phone calls/customers/employees/cleaning. *SUPER* efficient and kind. You can just tell. Don't get a lot of that these days. And the second he wasn't doing something, he was already doing something else. He's working the jobs of at least 3 people. Give the man a raise!!...Best wings around!!! I've been eating here for years now. The wings are simply the best in town. The fries are the best in town, but only for like an hour lol. Can't put them in the fridge or eat them later. They sort of just turn weird and rubbery and lose that sweet/salty umami taste. But 10/10 if eaten right when you get them!! I've never had a slip-up. I think one time they accidentally gave me 2 orders because of a Doordash mixup. Can't complain about that!High quality chicken! Made on the spot! Hot and fresh every time! Can choose bone-in or boneless! Very chill vibes and hard workers! I plan on eating here at least once a week as long as I remain in this area!! Fantástico! :D
Love that Louisiana rub. For lunch time so you don't get that saucy mess for the rest of the day..... but I love them sauces too. And the Cajun corn on the side item was delicious
Roaches!This has been our favorite wing location for a long time, but while eating inside, a roach crawled across the table. I told an employee, and she said it was the neighbor’s fault. While I don’t doubt this, it’s still a problem. We were afraid to take home leftovers and we lost our appetites.Really sad. I’m so disappointed ☹️
I had tried coming here 3 times prior to enjoy their wings but they were always busy. Finally...I was able to enjoy what I've known to be some of the best wings in town. Thanks. I'd visit again under certain circumstances. 5 stars this round!
I usually love this place but I ordered something yesterday that honestly was so bad it had to have been tampered with in some way. It tasted like dish soap or ajax. It was so bad I couldn't eat it and the smell alone being by the other wings made them inedible as well. Waste of 12$ as I didn't have time to go in and rectify the situation as I had to get home to my kids getting off the bus. So disappointing. I got 5 normal and 5 atomic, the atomic tasted good but being in the same container next to the normal tainted the smell. I thought maybe its just me, I'm pregnant and sensitive to smell so I had my boyfriend try them later that night and his face said it all and he asked if I was trying to poison him.
This is our absolute favorite place To get wings from they are amazing they have lots of flavors and their fries are amazing as well! No complaint when it comes to their food it is five stars the reason I’m giving it a three star is because when I walked in to get my order last weekend One of the workers there had a gun inside of the front of his pants and it was showing… I can’t imagine why you need to come to work wearing a gun… Especially one that’s in the front of your pants and not in a holster and showing for everybody that walks in there to see totally caught me off guard and I wouldn’t want for my son to have been there with me and thought that it was appropriate to ever bring a gun with you to work and wear in the front of your pants for every customer to see it’s totally unprofessional and kind of scary
