Ordered online and was told when I got there they were working on it to only find out they lost my order and were NEVER working on it to begin with AFTER I wanted over an hour. Person taking the orders did not even look to see if they had my order in the first place. Now I have to wait another 40 minutes to get the order I put in over an hour ago. Do NOT come to this wingstop and waste your time with these crackheads.
Order was not good!!!! Not what I ordered and very frustrated!!! Should’ve just ordered elsewhere! I ordered 3 meals. Only got 2 fries when I should’ve gotten 3. Couldn’t tell if they put Cajun on both, one was suppose to fry seasoning. AND my delivery driver texts me saying their soda machines are down, so all they have is tea. Why does your online ordering system not let you know this before placing your order???!!!! VERY IRRITATED. I will never order delivery again just to be sure I actually get what I ordered in my bag… if I ever order again.
It had been a long time since I had ate here. I was so impressed by the wings. They were delicious! Once I arrived they politely asked if they could take my order. They were very helpful when it came to questions about the sauses or any menu item. It took a little longer than expected to get out food, but they had so many Togo orders I was not surprised. It took about 15 to 20 min I think. It came out fresh and piping hot. I do wish the fries were a little better, they did not seem very Krispy and had kind of a sweet taste to them. I just do not perfer them. The two sauces I got were great. I got the boneless wings and it was a healthy portion. There was plenty to eat even tho I did not eat many of my fries. I will be eating here again. Thank you for making some tasty wings.
Got our order conpletely wrong, so a person came up to re-ring it up. Charged us the difference TWICE only for us to learn we wont recieve a refund for 24 to 48 hours.Time and money wasted.
Have ordered at this location 3 times. The first time was the only time they got the order correct. Won't be going back again.
It was a DoorDash order.. the dasher was fine. It was WingStop that actually messed the order up. The wings, that were SUPPOSED to be traditional bone-in, were not only boneless.. but they were too salty to eat. The voodoo fries were also too salty to eat. The bread was good. That was the only edible thing we received.
Friendly staff, clean, the honey bbq wings were so yummy but the garlic parmesan I could not really taste any garlic and I prefer more of a sauce than the dry rub. It took quite a while to get our order for 3 people & they were not busy? The price per portion is very good though. We will visit again
I ordered food and am HIGHLY disappointed definitely after calling 21 times without answering or anything else I order food and the wings are TYPICALLY good but this time I got a pile of what I'm hoping is butter and soggy wings. I hope somebody reaches out about this because clearly their customer service is garbage and nothing more than making the store look horrendous. I am very disappointed and will be making sure that something is done with this.
Fairly certain this is the location where the manager fired a black employee for coming to work late after his wife had a seizure and made sure to call him the n-word while they were at it. All it takes is for one person to see it. The video is spreading like wild fire.
Was very unprofessional. An African-American was fired right in front of customers and the man being fired was being professional about it, however, the employer was being super disrespectful and even call him the N word and not to mention that the employer was of course a white male!! Wingstop is this how you allow your employers to run your facilities? Never going to wingstop again.
