The food's always decent but the service today was ridiculous. The kid/young man handing me my food didn't say a word, and was eating while handing me my food?. Cracker crumbs were flying out of his mouth. Turned me off of this Wendys for a while.
Ordered ketchup for fries, & nuggets at drive through. No ketchup, before leaving parking lot I went in. They said they were out of to go ketchup packets. Went to use ketchup dispenser and little cups. Dispenser empty. Asked if they had refill for ketchup dispenser. They said they were out too. ?, Major fast food ? selling place runs out of the most basic thing? Ok whatever, things happen... I guess. Get out to the car. Start driving. We start eating our burgers. They have ketchup on them?? Seems like there's at least one ketchup dispenser that they are using that's not empty. Seems like they could have given us ketchup for our fries and nuggets in the little ketchup cups from the dispenser they used for the burgers?. But who I'm I to expect anyone to do anything that makes sense? Joe Pesci in Lethal Weapon wasn't exactly right about getting bleeped at the drive thru. I got bleeped at the drive thru and in the lobby ?. Thanks to the Wendy's at Springfield right beside Bass Pro. Hope this helps
Great for fast food and they have good selection not just burgers but something's Ng for everyone at a good price
forgot a 7 dollar sandwhich and when i called and asked if i could come get it they just said well we close in ten minutes and i said well if im a couple minutes late would i still be able to get it i bought it and they said basically no. i wasnt asking anyone to stay 15 minutes after and i know they dont leave right at time. you forgot my sandwhich that was part of a main meal and im getting punished for it so now im racing back up there hoping to get my sandwich before it closes.
Amazing. Fast service and food was yummy! Some staff need a bit more training on respect and attitude. Everyone goes thru things, but the entire experience of a drive thru is relied on "drive thru staff" and their behavior! Again, this wasn't EVERYONE, just one or two people. Keep up the good work and know y'all are doing a fab job!
They forgot to give me my chili that I ordered so I had to drive all the way back to get it and I opened it up to only having it half way filled up. Will never go to this Wendy’s again. 0 stars if so could… waste of my time for sure.
My husband went to the Wendys on West Sunshine this evening @ 8pm. He placed an order in the drive thru for a #1 combo with a large Diet Coke and a large Chocolate frosty. The order taker asked and what was the drink? Was it a Dr pepper? My husband said no it was a large diet coke. The order taker asked it was a #1 combo with a small Strawberry frosty? My husband responded no a large chocolate frosty. He finally got his order straightened out with the order taker, pays and didn't get a receipt (so he doesnt even know what he paid for). He drives to the 2nd window and the worker gives him a bag and a small dr pepper. My husband asked "what is this?" And says, " I ordered a large diet coke and where's my frosty?" The worker looks at the screen above his head, shrugs and says that's what you ordered. My husband said it is not what I ordered, the worker said that is what you ordered that's what you get. All he wanted was what he ordered, he was willing to pay the difference.You can't make this stuff up! By the way he had a spoon in his bag for the frosty the guy said he didn't order.Mistakes happen however what sets a business apart is how errors are fixed.

Mixed up meal got bacon bourbon if that's what was on the sandwich I had some bacon very little sauce the only good thing was the freebie from the mix up wouldn't rate either one a great burger
The crew and manager were awesome. 5.28.22 @ 1230pm. Nice and very clean restaurant and bathrooms.
