Disappointing. Wayyyyyy overpriced for totally mediocre food. And they were out of a bunch of stuff. And the drink machines were out of stuff. And it wasn't very clean. For the price you'd expect a lot more than what you actually got. We could've saved money and got the same quality of food at Burger King.

We thought the burgers were especially good and way above average. The only negative was it's a bit expensive for what it is, but you can't argue with the quality. We were both impressed to the point where we look forward to going back.
I want to give a thumbs up to your meat department. You have an associate name Laura that gave me great customer service . Saturday I was doing some shopping & looking for turkey wings. But you been out for some time. Long story short I seen laura & ask if there were any . Yup no was my answer , but said she would order for me. So a big thanks to laura I picked them up today
Deli meat personnel were bit rude. I’m going back to battlefield location.
Not a great experience. Maybe because it is in a grocery store and not a standalone. First, I waited to place my order for 5 minutes while watching the employee behind the counter play with the register. She didn't a knowledge that I was even there until she was ready to take my order. She told me the wait would be 20-25 minutes, which I was fine with, since I was trying Wahlburgers for the first time. When the food was delivered, two ingredients were missing. I ended up eating as is because I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for a new burger. Over $20 for burger, fries and drink. Probably won't try it again.
The food itself is good. Especially the burgers. But to wait 30+ minutes and the fries not be fully cooked it’s disappointing. Food should have been hot and fresh.
Springfield, MO - We ordered two burgers (welldone) with a side of onion rings and a small drink. This cost $27 which would have been alright if the size of the burgers weren't comparable to a junior burger at other establishments. It took us 30 minutes to get our food, the burgers were cooked medium, and both burgers and the onion rings were cold when we got them. We won't go back.
It was priced way too high and over hyped for what you get. The Mac salad side had way too many bell peppers for a good flavor and pasta over cooked. Fries were perfect, but it's french fries. Also had fried pickles, which had very little pickle flavor but super crispy with a superb sauce. The size and taste of the burger compared to the price was disappointing. Bair's would be a WAY better choice!!!
I was excited to try Wahlburgers and ordered the BBQ Bacon burger with the thin onion rings and my friend ordered the Juicy Lucy with tater tots. Waited 30 minutes for food to arrive. The BBQ bacon burger came out barely warm with undercooked cold limp bacon and the “plain” Juicy Lucy came out with tons of mayo and lettuce. We were advised it would be another 30 minutes for them to correct the Juicy Lucy. After waiting an hour and no replacement we had to leave. No refunds and no burger. Only one of us got to eat a cold burger and the other one got to pay $16 for tater tots.Save your money and frustration and go elsewhere. Wendy’s has a better Bacon burger.
