Good food, good service, and good value. I hear they have great pies too, but I have been too full after the meal to also order dessert. Maybe next time I will get dessert to go.
This is my favorite breakfast place in town. I love the build your own breakfast special. I bring my kids here and it's always kid friendly.My suggestion would be to have a few more sweet crepe options
Friday night "All-You-Can-Eat" fish fry is great. Flaky white cod in a batter-fried coating is serving piping hot with plenty of fries, too. They keep bringing it until you say you've had enough. A recent visit wasn't crowded at all, and we were promptly served by friendly wait staff. It was a good experience we'll repeat again.
We always enjoy their food, and the service is good. The meal option that lets you choose from a list is a great deal, and you can get just about anything you might want from their breakfast options. Their kids' menu has a very good selection for the littles, as well.
On the downside, portions could have been a little more. Had the "pick 4" breakfast. Scrambled Eggs, sausage patty, hash browns and toast. Looked like 1 egg instead of 2, sausage patty was no bigger than the small size Johnsonville patties. Hash browns and toast were acceptable in size of portion though. Upside was the service. Our server, Savannah was attentive and very well mannered! In this department you get an A+. I would definitely return for this grade of service! My buddy and I went dutch treat here also and there was no hassle paying our bill in cash/debit. Work on improving portion size and that last star will be yours!
Always a great meal. The breakfast skillets are my favorite. If you are looking for a pie everyone I have had here is amazing. Great place for brunch.
Excellent service, delicious food and modern feel. We love the innovative breakfast entrees they have every so often. Awesome pies too. This Village Inn was very clean (bathroom too) and all the staff was pleasant and very hospitable. There’s lots of free parking and and located right off the main highway.
I try to have a solo breakfast here at least 2 times a week just to get a break from being in my store and I always walk out happy that I did. Service is always quick and professional, the food is always consistently tasty, coffee is good, and the price is fair. Well worth your time and money for a satisfying meal.
Good service, good food. Went for Friday AUCE fish. I wasn’t pleased with the fish. It wasn’t bad it’s just not my liking. The tarter sauce was awesome. The strawberry lemonade was delicious as were the fries and salad. I think I had catfish on the brain therefore when the whitefish (cod?) came out pre breaded like Mrs’ Paul’s - I wished I’d gotten something else.
Food came out hot! Only waited 5 minutes for a table. Server was very attentive. Like the pick 4 breakfast, all the items were the right sized portions.
