This place was rather packed, staff were friendly and warned me that they didn’t have a lot of ingredients at the moment. The wait was long and it was just okay.
Usually really busy, but great food, and not too pricey. I order through their app to save time. Their app sucks, but it's better than waiting in line.
We ordered two smoothies - one was an avocado base with coconut and greens and the other was a banana-almond-oat-PB-date with non dairy milk. They were both delicious, as was the cheese and chicken quesadilla! We really appreciated the staff who all seemed to be in a good mood and walked our drinks out to us at the table. It seemed like they all made a conscious choice to be positive, which made us feel good too. Thanks!
A little expensive, but if you get the Smoothie and Wrap deal it's a good value. Each meal was about $12 a piece. Their wraps, quesadillas, and Flatbreads are delicious! So are their smoothies. I recommend a wrap and the Acai smoothie. I also love that when you place an order online you can customize your items. We ordered 4 strawberry straws and didn't receive any of them but were still charged for them. Also, one of my sisters requested no banana in her smoothie and they forgot to take it out. The quesadillas and flatbreads are small so only get one if you want something light. Otherwise, get a wrap. The smoothies aren't thick, they are watery, but they are a great value for their size.
Walked in this morning, I was greeted properly and on top of that the staff was so friendly and happy. They made it feel welcoming, I will be going back. Manager was awesome we held a great conversation and he even made me laugh. I highly recommend.
Great smoothies and convenient location off I44 to grab a smoothie before or after a trip. They have the full menu and it's located inside Macaddodles. Highly recommend.
Great crew and the smoothies are excellent especially when I can add extras. My go to place for a smoothie lunch.
I walk in the door and notice it’s busy. No problem however I am waiting at the register for 7 minutes waiting for someone to get free just so I could ask them if they accepted Apple Pay. Multiple people made eye contact with me and never acknowledged me or even told me that they would be right with me. The lady would answer a phone call in front of my face and take there order instead of mine. I ordered online while waiting for someone to come up to me and no one did. After placing the order online I went to sit and the next guest who came stood for 1 minute and got his order taken and even got his ordered handed to him while I still haven’t been acknowledged. I know they get busy but this is ridiculous
Went in to get acouple of smoothies, the girl that made my smoothie was wearing gloves but I had just watched her clean a chair with the same gloves she used to make my smoothie, she had grabbed the greens directly with those gloves.Which made me uncomfortable, so I asked her to re make my smoothies with new gloves. She completely understood and had no problem rectifying this issue, was even happy to help! 10/10 for her customer service, & resolving issue skills. This review isn't about her. It's about Haley. The first girl told acouple of her co workers the situation as she went to resolve it.Haley was one of them, she started yelling from her side of the store that "Oh I guess if you want to remake it, but I wouldn't let someone treat me that way" As if my request was unreasonable. She then proceeded to continue yelling things like "it's a good thing I'm not on that side because I wouldn't have put up with that."She was being a bully, and for no reason. The other girls kept apologizing on her behalf, I asked for her name so I could write this review basically saying she lacked in customer service and was creating a hostile work environment. She got mad at one of the girls for giving me her name, yelling at her and me, saying if after my smoothies were done I didn't just take them and leave she would call the police and her manager. She was screaming.I asked her to please get her manager because what she was doing wasn't right, one of the other girls said they didn't have a manager, but Haley found the district manager next door.Thankfully. He was kind, and helpful, understood my situation and said he would deal with her belligerence.
After having unknowingly paid for a smoothie addition i didn't ask for, and seeing it on my receipt, couldn't get the attention of 218-Michael (who had overcharged me) to take a look, when another employee finally got a senior-ranked employee to correct the error, she seemed to do something that printed a receipt looked as though the overcharge was reversed - but didn't see My CrCard app show anything changed, then the card completed the sale today where I was still charged more for the base smoothie. Can't wait for the just-as-obnoxiously evasive Manager/Owner to repost a boilerplate reply here with a link to a place where customer concerns pretty much go no where like the others who were ill-treated from this horrid establishment. Good to know that TS isn't financially hurting in these times like the rest of the country!
