This location used to be good, but it has gone way down hill and I would not recommend anyone to eat here. My wife and I both ordered the same exact smoothie and I ordered a chicken pesto Flatbread. Our smoothies came 3/4 full and my sandwich had 4 small pieces of chicken in it. It was mostly bread. I tried calling for an hour and noone picked up. So I called another tropical smoothie and talked to a manager who was very nice and said she was going to have the district manager call me. To no surprise I never received a phone call. This place is terrible.
I used to LOVE this location. The smoothies were always consistently made the same, food was made with care.Sadly the past 3 smoothies I have ordered have been bad. Watered down, not blended, or the cup isn't full.The food quality has gone down hill too. Missing ingredients or just lacking what is supposed to be added in. 3 small pieces of chicken in a flat bread and a half of a tomato isnt what I paid for.Goodluck getting anyone on the phone at this location.
Food never comes out the way I order it or anyone else for that matter. I sat and waited on my food and watched everyone bring their food back in to get it fixed (at least 6 people). The last chicken pesto flatbread I got there had only had like 3 pieces of chicken on it. I won't be buying anymore food there. Prices are going up way too much to only get 3 pieces of meat.
Purchased a smoothie for lunch with my husband. The smoothie tasted watered down with no flavor ( blueberry bliss ) They were kind enough to make a new smoothie to replace the one I originally ordered.( bahama mama ) However, the second one was also watered down and wasn’t much better. I would suggest they add more fruit or juice to their recipes or go down the road to smoothie king.
I usually love going to this location for my food/smoothies. I’ve never had any issues.. until today 4/26/2022. Today I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a Bahama mama smoothie, my food was great and my smoothie was good.. until I found a piece of GLASS in my smoothie. I’m super glad I bit down on it and didn’t swallow it.. I will definitely be contacting Tropical Smoothie about this.. be careful if you order a smoothie now!!
For the most part I usually like their smoothies. However their menu has no description of what’s in the smoothie unless you stand at the counter. I have a Bility issues so standing at the counter is not an option. I also don’t want to have to look it up on the phone because I can’t see my phone. So they are not ADA friendly secondly they miss marked my smoothie and I have allergies and gave me the wrong one luckily my husband caught it before I drink it. So I cannot approve this restaurant.
For a place that touts fresh fruit.... sure was disappointing. Ordered smoothies... and they just lacked flavor. Just SMH.... had such high hopes for this place. The nice staff keep the review from being a 1 or 2....
Everything was good besides the kids cheese quesadilla that I ordered that was completely burnt…
Recently moved and have been in this location twice. Never got waited on either time. Waited 15 mins today. To busy talking to each other. No service. This seems to be trend around town. Dining out just isnt worth it anymore.
I went in here at 4:30 on a Sunday. There was no one in line and no one came in for the half an hour we were there and yet the tables were disgusting, the trash was overflowing so that we couldn’t throw our trash away and the food didn’t come out better. We threw out the quesadilla that looked like it had sat in the back for a few hours before it came to our table and our drinks, which we’ve ordered at other locations before came out watery and tasteless. Gross ?
