I stay at a lot of hotels travelling for pleasure and this is the first time I have entered a room and said out loud…”Cool Room”. Check-in was quick and easy, Natosha was a pleasure to talk to about the property. Room is very comfortable, nicely appointed, bright, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Granted this is a boutique kind of room and they used every inch of space to create a room for sleeping and little otherwise. I’ve stayed in much smaller rooms and this one was about right for a place to sleep and use your laptop. If I needed a place to spread things out and work for a few days the setup would not be optimal. The only negative for me and I discussed this with Natosha when I checked out was the rain shower. Because the shower stall is small, women might have issues with shaving or not wanting to get their hair wet…almost impossible to avoid the “rain” unless you shut the shower off. Otherwise I like the concept and am looking forward to BW having more properties like this throughout the US.
Stayed in this place because of its closeness to where I had a relative in the hospital. Rude and extremely unfriendly employees, ants on the walls, bedside table, & on my bed; baby cockroach on the desk. Reported it to housekeeping, thinking they would spray or something.....nope. Head of housekeeping said that she would tell maintenance about it when she seen them THE NEXT DAY. That's just 1 bad story. The ONLY good thing I can say was that the beds were surprisingly soft and very comfortable. I wont stay here again though. I will choose any other Best Western location.
Nice newer hotel. Staff was great and nice location. The issue was the main entrance since there were two exterior doors not aligned with the inner sliding door. For a walking person no problem. For my wife in a wheelchair it was difficult.
No mug for cafe and then nice hot shower ? and why will buy breakfast in your hotel and then your Drummer is very good ? tonight and then thank you ? and then nice ? warm bed to sleep ? and then be careful tonight because two thunderstorms ⛈ tonight and thanks
I was coming to Springfield on business and my client booked me at this hotel. From the moment I entered the hotel to the point I left, it was a fantastic experience!! I have travelled around the world and honestly didn't expext the hotel to be as great as it was. Vib is a new brand from Best Western...similar in many ways to Marriott's "aloft" brand. A very clean, vibrant feel to the hotel. The rooms are a little smaller but very nicely designed with a bed that was extremely comfortable! I was especially surprised by the food service on the main floor...fantastic and reasonably priced. The staff were all very polite and very service oriented. Overall, a great experienced and would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
This hotel was a great! We only needed it for 1 night and didn't have any issues. The room was a bit small, but that didn't bother us at all. We were only there to shower, change and sleep! All of the staff was very friendly! I loved the coffee bar and the little gifts they had for purchase.
Room was clean, the bar downstairs has a cool vibe. The rooms are very modern, the shower surround is pretty cool too. The lighting in the bathroom is on point as well. I would highly recommend booking here to anyone.
My partner and I recently stayed at the Vib for three nights. The experience we had was simply outstanding! The room we were assigned was small, yet had everything we needed. It was perfectly clean. The decor throughout the entire building was tasteful and trendy. The restaurant and bar was an excellent place to hang out. The fusion themed menu was unique, yet DELICIOUS and affordable. The servers are what made the atmosphere so special. We had dinner there one night, lunch the next day, ad a quick cocktail the next evening. All three servers were REMARKABLE! They were all so personable, fun and efficient. ANY dining establishment would be lucky to have them on their roster. We travel a lot and have come to the conclusion that it's tough for one place to tick ALL the hospitality boxes. This one did. BRAVO!
Love this hotel! Love the concepts and the VIBE. I will be stay at this hotel each visit to the city. The room ? is great! The bed and pillows made me fa fast a sleep. The cool vibe of the "Vib" makes you feel so cool. I can't wait to return. 5 STARS Of 5 STARS!
Had the pineapple fried rice with shrimp and it was delicious. Portion size is generous for the price. The teriyaki sauce is addictive. If you are near by do yourself a favor and give them a try.
