Unfortunately I had a very poor experience at the roost today. The food took over an hour to get and there were many complications. They offered complementary chips and salsa however it was stale and didn’t taste that well.A member of the party received the wrong menu item and rather than fixing the issue we were told that he would just be charged for the cheaper menu items.I have been to the other roost in town a few times but this location is not quite the same and that’s a bit disappointing

Always a great meal. The fried pickels are amazing. You won't find better ones in this town. If you are looking for a healthy option the salads are great. I love the cob salad is my favorite. The atmosphere is family friendly and every location has shuffle board.

Worst service we have ever had. Way over priced on their food for what you get…..we got the pick three appetizer which had four dime size mushrooms, four quarter size raviolis and four small onion rings. Ordered two waters and a sweet tea three times and only received one water halfway through our meal. Ordered two alcoholic drinks that were made very poorly

We love the Roost. It’s a great neighborhood feel sports bar dining establishment. Always a lot of food. I really like the burgers but often end up getting the chicken strip meal because it is so delish. And the ranch dressing is yum-o and I usually don’t get ranch. Service is usually pretty good and always friendly. We go to both locations and never had bad service or food.

The chicken rolls are awesome

First time visiting The Roost. Everything was excellent. Waiter, food, drinks and atmosphere were all spot on. The onion rings are amazing. Highly recommend

I got a chicken wrap with fries. It was really good, but on the smaller side considering the price. The stars were the pizza and macaroni and cheese, both tasted delicious! Nice place to get some food and relax with friends, not very loud which was good.

On our way to Branson, MO, we did a quick restaurant search for something not far off the highway. My sister found this restaurant, and the online menu looked like it had a good variety. When I realized it was a suite in a strip center, I was hesitant, but this place is amazing. Ethan, our server, was fantastic! He was attentive, helpful, friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The food was delicious, and the portions were large enough for all of us to take half of our order with us, which we enjoyed later.

The menu online was way off on price and got food wrong. Fish and chips went from 8.99 to $12.99 or so for 2 pieces of fish and some fries. My chicken alfredo was over cooked pasta and no flavor water down. I'll never order from their again. Nasty and side price went from $2.99 to over $5

I’ve always loved the roost. A buddy and I went for taco Tuesday and drinks. Upon ordering, the waitress checks our IDs (nothing abnormal), then proceeds to ring in our order and bring us the beer. She looked at my friend and said “sorry, we need to scan your ID, you look 12.” Whether he looks young or not, you have a responsibility to check the ID while being professional, this comment was very infuriating and rude. She scanned his ID and brought back the beer, we told her we were going to leave after her rude comment. I won’t be coming back or bringing anybody here again.
