Fussing with my girl about where to eat, and this place changed everything up for a good rest of my day and evening. I'll see you all again for sure. My server recommended the spicy buffalo chicken pizza. WoW. Try it you will like it. ?
very rude staff....the teen manager makes rules as he goes
I had one of the quickest waits in restaurant history and the food was fantastic. My waiter was Matthew and this dude moved quick and made sure i had everything I needed. One of the most annoying things at restaurants are when you have to waste time waiting to be served, but that is not the case here. Thank you Roost and Matt for the excellent experience.
I would recommend the Roost Bar for Sports fan, Family, bikers, Gamers. Excellent service and awesome Bartenders. Food is delicious. You take out or dine in. Indoor dining or outdoor dining whatever you prefer.
by treating their customers better. The owner and staff were nasty and rude to my friends. The chef paid the bill in the amount of 344.00.
Great service and food! Wonderful place to hang out with friends and watch sports.
Tried the Buffalo chicken sandwich with onion rings during a lunch break. Chicken was cooked to perfection and same for the onion rings. Great atmosphere and food was brought out fairly quick. Our server was efficient with our orders, but not overly friendly. There were 3 other employees at the bar when we walked in and this was before the noon rush. None of them greeted us. I'm ok with that but pointing out as something to improve on.
Music was so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation at first. After about an hour, it was turned down. Probably because so many tables were families. Waitress appeared to be somewhere else besides doing her job. Ordered our food & after 15 minutes or so, a manager came out to inform us they were out of ham for my Italian sandwich. He offered to replace the ham with turkey. Seriously on an Italian sandwich? I then ordered a burger. The food was then served hot & delicious. Our waitress showed up after others had served us. All the other waitresses seemed to be taking care of their tables. Might be a while before I am brave enough to try them again.
Twice now they have told us that we cannot make reservations but the first time they told us we couldn't make a reservation we got there and then they rushed us for a party that was coming in. Meaning that somebody else had reserved the back room. Not happy.Their toasted ravioli is good though
I was at a small birthday event yesterday (2/27/22) in the game room. I asked our server if they had a WELL bar (she said she didn't know) so I asked if they had WELL vodka and she said yes, so I proceeded to order 3 drinks throughout the time of us being there. After 2 of my drinks and food, our server asked if I wanted another, to which I asked "How much were the drinks I just ordered?" She said they were about $8/piece which is fine because I was ordering doubles and thought that was a relatively standard price for well drinks.Well, when I got my tab, my receipt said I had been drinking Ketel One and the price for my drinks were WAY over what she had quoted me and I ended up spending over double what I had anticipated.I did not take this issue to the manager, and I really should have, considering our line of communication about price was open and I made it very apparent that I wanted well Vodka in my drinks. I just wanted to leave this review in order to forewarn anyone so they don't get caught off guard like I did. If your server doesn't know the types of alcohol they carry in their BAR then spell it out for them.
