NEVER GOING BACK! The new owners think it's acceptable to have one of their children babysit their infant and spank, for too long and too hard, the baby for quietly cooing. The new owners have also changed everything about the menu, putting up generic pretty pictures, and destroying the legacy of what was once a great restaurant with great people. The food was mush, the Buddhist decorations are gone, and all the prices have doubled so that you can now pay with card. Don't support this place. They shouldn't be allowed to use the name and trash over 30 years of history.

The owners are very polite and it's relaxing in there to where you can eat and feel relaxed and they will walk up to you and ask is everything okay do you need anything else which is very nice very good Chinese food off the downtown square I've been eating there since I was 19 years old and I am almost 36 now and I still keep coming back

Terrible food. Way too much breading. WY too saucy. And every meal essentially tastes & looks the same. And btw, I don’t think they know what fried rice is. The picture is of general chicken & king fu checked. Both looked & tasted exactly the same. And the rice that you see is supposed to be fried rice.

Went here for lunch and it is one of the best cashew chicken places I have eaten, and the music on the speakers there was top shelf (casting crowns) ?I will definitely be returning, and Springfield has a beautiful square.

I try to eat here every time I'm on the square. The food is great and the customer service is top notch. Plus, the Christian music they play just tops it off. Definitely recommend it.

In Springfield & didn't eat at The Riksha? Congrats, you played yourself.Update : 04/28/2022 - After not stopping by Springfield for over a year, I HAD to eat from The Riksha. From my understanding it's new management but the food & standard has wonderfully been maintained. The Famous Springfield Cashew Chicken is superb as well as their General Chicken ( try medium spicy ) . Beside the tasty sauces, the quality of chicken used is some of the highest I've seen, & that's coming from a NYC dweller with a high standard for Chinese food. The fried rice served with every dish is unique, delicious, and truly balances the flavors. The Beef Fried Rice ( try medium spicy ) is in my top list for best Fried Rice west of the Mississippi. Traveling for work nationwide, The Riksha has earned a spot in my Top 3 best Chinese Food restaurants in the country. I will always look forward to a meal from here. Cheers

Awesome Chinese. Try the Kung Fu Chicken if you like General Tso chicken. Great Christian music playing inside too!

I just ate the best Chinese food I’ve had in springfield. I ordered the Hong Suiy chicken and it was fabulous. Great place will be back

Always hot and fresh. Love the sweet and sour sauce! Can't get better crab rangoon or egg rolls then here. Love love love it! Just remember to bring cash cuz they don't take checks or credit cards.
