Had their pizza at their food truck before and was on this side of town so I figured I’d try something else for lunch. Chicken tenders came recommended so I opted for the Buffalo upgrade. Fries were tasty, tenders ok. I’m a sucker for good, hand-breaded tenders, but most of the breading came off and the tenders were not exactly that. Service was good though. Both the bartender and manager were both pleasant to talk to.
The food is amazing! I would definitely recommend for lunch or dinner. However we reserved the banquet room for a business meeting. There were several stipulations for that including a deposit, preordered banquet style food, at a minimum price. Normally that wouldn’t be an issue but our macaroni and cheese came out burnt and Instead of just taking it off our bill we had to take a fresh batch home with us which isn’t realistic when its a banquet style amount. We were told that was because we had our minimum price which we doubled with our preorder plus drinks. The service wasn’t very good at all, which we can understand with todays work ethic but even considering that it was lacking. I’m not usually one to complain but we spent a great deal of money tonight and definitely don’t feel like we were treated as such
1st time eating here. It was a late lunch, so the rush had passed, which was nice. My server, Tammy, was easy to talk to and attentive. They seem to have a lot of regulars. The two I chatted with were friendly and nice. The food came out quickly and I enjoyed all that I ordered. I liked the kick on the cheese curds and house made ranch. I always appreciate when I can find cauliflower pizza crust! Thank you for that! My only suggestion, make crust choice an option for your website ordering. I look forward to trying other menu items.
Service was good and food good. Love the crust. The only reason we didn't give a 5 star is because all the food came out at the exact same time. Soup, salad, pizza all together.
Oh we love to stop for lunch here. The food is wonderful. The pitch dip is a must try, along with the pickle frys and cheese curds (they have a lil heat on em but so good)
Food is great! Service is amazing!!!
Came in, waited about 15 minutes to just be asked what the drinks are gonna be and we decided to order at the same time so we did. 10 minutes go by, we receive our drinks and my fiance drinks all his and the waitress said about 5 times "so sorry I'll get that drink refilled". (We waited approximately 30 minutes for the pizzas to come out) --Pizza comes and mine isn't even made correctly. I ordered the Margarita pizza and my fiance ordered the Buffalo Chicken. My pizza was missing a variety of flavors and there wasn't any marinara. So I asked for marinara and had to wait like 7 or more minutes just to get a side of marinara. The "pizza" I was eating was literally just crust with a slap of mozzarella on it. 0 flavor at all. I also ordered the bacon Mac and cheese bites. Way too much bacon flavor. And the cheese was like not that good either. Just found out I'm pregnant so like- I was pretty upset. Oh and the waitress also slammed my water on the table when she came to refill it. The waitress just seemed like she didn't even know what to do. I even put an application of employment here along with my fiance. Not sure if I would even wanna work here!Edit: my fiance also about completely $h¡t himself on the way home. It tore my stomach up too.
Not impressed. We ordered a build your own pizza (at the cost of $38) and when it came out there was only a sprinkle of each topping on it. The crust was tasty and the pizza itself wasn't bad just very skimpy on the toppings. The Mimosas were delicious though. Tasted like homemade orange juice!
Consistent quality great service, not a little slow. It's not too loud so you can enjoy good company, and the artisan pizzas affordable. Definitely recommend.
I wasn't very hungry so I had the cheese curds. They were pretty good! Other people in the party had a Reuben sandwich and some kind of "pig pizza" which had jalapenos. Everyone liked their dishes. There was one challenge. We sat right next to the window and wall corner and the end of heater blower. Somehow that table space was really hot. Normally a good thing on a cold day. For us it was a little uncomfortable. We would definitely eat at The Pitch again, just maybe not that seat for us.
