The manager was supposed to come and talk to our table, but I guess he/she decided we weren't important enough as he/she never came to our table. We made a reservation for brunch and weren't told that there would be a limited menu with 8 people or more; we had 8 adults. That's fine if told in advance, but we weren't told that and it was very limited. Not to mention the paper menu we received wasn't up to date either. The brunch burger was listed at a cheaper price, yet we were charged $4 more. That was just the icing on the cake though. The "wagyu" tasted like it was boiled or microwaved and was absolutely disgusting. It was a headache all around, and I would recommend you go elsewhere if you're looking to spend $30 a person. The server was brand new, but she did an excellent job especially since she was working for an inept manager. The valet was a really nice man and had a great attitude too. The owner should really seek new management to prevent the downfall of the Order; I've experienced better management at McDonald's.
Ate here for Mother's Day, 2022. Great classy ambience. Food is little portions with great flavor. Cocktails are also outstanding. Pricey, so best for special occasions. Be aware that the menu changes regularly.
Nice bar, food was just alright. Duck was overcooked but veggies were nicely done. It's certainly not the fault of the staff but the clientele was ridiculously pompous that night. Bourbon tastings and criticizing everything really dampened the atmosphere. I'd definitely give it another chance but it wasn't outstanding. Good value for the quality of drinks and food though.
Have been to the order many times. We understand that it is fine dining. However, never have I been so appalled by the miniscule amount of entree I was served for the already elevated price. Ordered a duck entree that was served with carrots, parsnip puree and a croquette. I was served probably 2 oz of duck, two tablespoons of parsnip puree, a reasonably sized croquette and a ridiculously huge portion of carrots. The menu should have said it was sauteed carrots with a side of duck. I realize prices are high but the cost of that plate to the restaurant compared to what I was charged was robbery.
I used to enjoy this place, it was welcoming but now they act like it's Buckingham Palace. The manager is on a crazy power trip, and the drinks are massively overrated. Go here if you enjoy overspending & being uncomfortable.
Super taste food, nice menu and the best part if it it’s unlimited mimosas ?
Terrible experience! We had our reservation at 7pm.We ordered some appetizers and main entree. The appetizers came out at 8.30 and the main course at 9pm!2 hrs of waiting and we had 2 small kids that had to wait for that long!Absolutely unacceptable for this type of restaurant! The restaurant itself is set kinda weird. You’re sitting by the front door entrance so there is a lot of traffic .But I must say that the food was good. The main portions are small but the food is good. But definitely not coming back anytime soon.
We had 615pm seating for the special New Years Eve 4 course dinner. The service was incredibly slow. Not one time did the server apologize. My only guess is that one guy was in the kitchen alone??
Our service was very good. One ordered the Bistro Steak, said it was very good. Three of us ordered Pasta Carbonara, we were not impressed. The Caesar salad was certainly not worth $13.
Brock & Jess were the absolute best servers!! They made our girls catch up brunch the best experience!! The food and brunch drinks were awesome. Highly recommend and I hope you have the same BEST servers we did!! ??
