I have been coming to Healthy Edge since shortly after they opened. The owner is AMAZING! Her customer service is impressive. She remembers her customers names and personal details. She is knowledgeable in the products and ingredients they use. The shakes and teas are delicious and filling! The menu offers a huge variety to satisfy every palette. The only problem is deciding what you are going to order.Sometime I run in to grab a shake or tea to go. Some days I will meet a friend and sit at a table or sofa in the positive, upbeat environment.I highly recommend Healthy Edge!
My daughter introduced me to The Healthy Edge, as she is the more healthy-minded of the two of us. I assumed that for the sake of speed, I had to settle for breakfast each morning from the typical fast food stops, and as a result was nearing the end of my current belt's capacity. I have stopped at The Healthy Edge every morning since, sampling through several flavors until I found my favorite. The staff now knows me by my shake when I come in each morning and only asks if that's what I want to confirm my choice. Since starting this ritual, I'm down nearly 20 pounds and 2 belt notches... and couldn't be happier. They offer a variety of flavors... even though I am a creature of habit and stay with my favorite. Having been a weight lifter in my younger days, I've tried A LOT of protein shakes, and I feel the flavor and performance of The Healthy Edge shakes rival any I've found. When I come in, if she is working, Bridgette (the owner) always greets me by name. So far, my only complaint is that I have not found a shake or add-in that provides me the same energy and enthusiasm as Bridgette. Maybe someday...
I absolutely love The Healthy Edge! Every single one of those ladies in there are respectful, happy go lucky and always welcoming. I can honestly say that when I was initially going there I was nervous as it’s a new place but they welcomed me with a warm smile and hello how are you and what can I get you today to now making me feel like family. They are so fun and keep things entertaining and I truly won’t ever go anywhere else! Their drinks are amazing and I know that if I was ever to experience anything that was not up to my expectations that I could go to any of them and they would listen and fix it anyway they could! 10/10 business by far!
The ladies here are amazing and go above and beyond for their customers! I have been to many nutrition clubs all over the country but theirs should be a model to others! They have so many fantastic options for shakes and teas. Along with all that they offer take home options as well in case you can't stop by every day! They helped me get stocked up as we drive over the road as truckers so that is a massive plus! Cannot wait to stop back in and say hi in the future. Go give these girls a visit and you won't be disappointed! Forever five stars!!
It’s difficult to find healthy “fast food” options but this place checks all of those boxes with an added bonus of super friendly staff, clean store, delicious flavor options and a fun but relaxing atmosphere. The menu is comprised of a wide assortment of flavors of protein/meal replacement shakes and custom energy drink teas. The flavors are SO much better than any store bought prepackaged version. Drinks can be served hot or cold. Even though I am generally not a fan of protein shakes I really do enjoy theirs. Keep up the good work!
I love the Healthy Edge! When I want a healthy lunch, I chose a shake from here usually because it fills me up and craves my sweet tooth! They are perfect for a snack or a meal!The staff are always welcoming and friendly! Great environment ?If you haven't been, go check it out!
I love Bridgette and rhe girls at The Healthy Edge! The shakes are a filling meal replacement in a wide array of flavors (anything with a cheesecake flavor is super yummy) and the teas keep me motivated and focused throughout the day. You have to give them a try!
My Fiancé and I stopped in while running errands in town today. The environment was clean and bright and all the employees were super friendly and helpful. It was our first time and we were instantly met with great suggestions. He chose a brownie batter shake and I chose a tropical tea. Both were amazing! We will definitely be back.
I’m from out of town visiting family in the area and was really excited to try this place out! Sadly, it really just wasn’t worth the hype. The shake I ordered was OK - but the service really left a lot to be desired. Everyone just seemed really rude, maybe since it was my first time there? Maybe I don’t fit their normal clientele base? Not sure, but that doesn’t seem like the best way to grow your business. I asked a couple questions and the responses were very condescending and I was met with quite a few eye roles. From the other reviews and responses from the owner it appears that any criticism of this business is met with hostility. You can also see a trend of after any critical review, there are a handful of 5 star reviews, almost like the owner is asking employees or regulars to leave a positive review. YIKES!
This is NOT a family establishment. They should be ashamed of how they treated a mother and her baby. Disgraceful. I asked if there was a changing table available and the employee replied no and just stared at me. Offered no alternative. At which point, I looked around the room and asked if the couch was ok to use. She blankly stared at me, clearly wanting to say no, so I explained how cold it is outside and walked over to the couch to use it. I shouldn’t have to explain any of that. I hope she never has to experience a situation where a stranger makes a hard situation harder with a baby. Maybe invest in a changing table and treat all of your customers with respect?REPLY TO BELOW;Anyone reading the 1 star reviews will see that our experience was not unique. I would’ve waited for the available restroom had there been a table in there. You simply could’ve apologized that your employee was not prepared and you’ll look into a changing table in your bathroom.And yes, 1 star reviews make your business ‘look bad’ because they’re honest and unbiased, unlike yourself.
