Hilton Garden Inn south Springfield is a very nice hotel. They have the nicest people and have been so accommodating. My daughter is there wither her family and the hotel staff has been amazing. I appreciate the hotel taking care of my daughter.
The HGI Springfield is a beautiful and clean place to stay. Top notch hospitality. Everything was beautiful and nice. Our family is thankful we were able to spend an entire week here. Highly recommend.

These folks REALLY care about their guests comfort, schedules (whatever you need), and satisfaction with all the services they offer. No place is perfect but this team is unmatched in their efforts to assure your happiness. It's so good, they make everything so easy for you!! I have been here monthly for nearly a year. At first I didn't give credit where due. Now I am overwhelmed with their dedication to excellent service! Facility is clean. Love the community-lobby area! Cook makes a mean omelet!
The staff are always friendly and willing to make your stay the best it can be. The bartenders are also responsible for room service and they don’t miss a beat. They make sure everyone is taken care of before heading on their way to the rooms. Very enjoyable stay.

My adult daughter and I stayed here when she had CEU training which was held at this hotel. I came along to play while she worked. I was very pleased with the location of this hotel as it was really convenient to everything. Staff was really lovely, very warm and welcoming. The hours of the restaurant/bar were rather strange, so didn't partake of their offerings, except for a drink one night. Our server/bartender was wonderful. Our room was good sized and clean and comfortable. It's a great place to stay when visiting Springfield.

For what a room cost there wasn't anything special, beds were hard (not pillow topped) and my sheets had stains on them. We only stayed one night and had breakfast the next morning at the hotel. The food and service was good.
