Probably the best coffee shop in my specialty coffee tour from Kansas to Florida.Perfect latte ??Also great location and atmosphere.

We live downtown and I was in school for a good chunk of our time here. I have tried 6 different coffee shops in the vicinity and as far as taste goes —- this is it. I can always taste the difference and they must have good trainers because the taste is consistent unlike other places where your drink will taste different depending on the barista. Great atmosphere for studying or relaxing. We love this place!
If I'm being honest--and I occasionally try that approach, just for kicks--The Coffee Ethic checks all the boxes for the quintessential local coffee shop. No kidding. Location. Decor. Simple menu. Old, renovated space. Music quality. Aromas. Window seating. Just-right ambient noise. Easygoing, but competent, staff. Clean (which sort of bucks the trend of local shops). Ideal for conversation and offsite work.
Great spot for some coffee and treats! I liked the latte I got and the latte art was on point. The atmosphere is neat and I enjoyed my experience!
Unique flavors. This is for all types of coffee drinkers. They have real and substantial coffees, matches, smoothies, cold brews, etc. for coffee connoisseurs. I used to be a barista and I know what I’m saying. However, I am more of a “I like a little coffee with my sweetener,” kind of person, and this fit my taste, too!!! I ordered a latte with flavoring, and it was actually perfect flavoring (for comparison, Starbucks doesn’t put enough for me). Hope this helps!!
Best caramel latte I've ever had, hands down. I love when I'm able to sit and stay as the inside vibe is very calming. I always get 5-star service here.
Such nice baristas!! Jesse was awesome taking our order and talking with us about the local happenings :) The vibe here is immaculate- tons of seating as well! The coffee was phenomenal too!!
Superbly enjoyable coffee shop. Simple black/drip is very good, one of the best (if not the best) I've tried in town.
Somewhat sad to say goodbye to Coffee Ethic…, ran in to grad a cup of coffee, and was told they could not serve me without a mask. I didn’t have one on me and They didn’t have any to provide. Since it’s not a city ordinance and I am fully vaccinated not a norm to have one. oh well- moved on to one of the other dozen coffee shops downtown who happily served me. I’ll never go back to coffee ethic - customer service 101 - people never forget how you make them feel and they share bad experiences with all of their friends. Before anyone chimes in. I get it. It’s their choice to require masks. Just surprised they don’t offer them for those who need one.
