Our first visit here and we left so impressed. BIG portions of great breakfast items. I think between our party of six we tried everything. Each of us was pleased with our selections. Best pancakes in town!!!! And huge! Last of all, our server, Micah, was awesome! He's friendly, fun, knowledgeable of the menu, and attentive. Great job Micah and The Big Biscuit!
Friday 4/8/22 @ 11:28 am, got seated by the host quickly but then sat there waiting to get waited on. I can understand if the establishment was busy but busy is a hard sell when your watching 3 of the wait staff cutting up and joking around while your waiting for service. Wife and I visited this place last Saturday when it was packed and we got seated and waited on in a timely manner. Food was great! Service was great! Then today, very disapointed
This was perfect for breakfast! I had the biscuit and gravy which was delicious. Everyone got something different at out table and loved it. The staff was super wonderful. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a good breakfast in Springfield MO.

Came in having a diabetic crisis with low blood sugar, seeing black spots, sweaty and not doing well...the hostes Heather sat me down quickly, had my waitress Emily come over immediately and brought me an Orange juice. I felt much better after a little bit and my food arrived within minutes after ordering. Emily sat down with me and my sister to ensure I was OK and to ask questions to be able to help others. Her personality and demeanor were wonderful and helped to show how much she cared. I let Management know and left doing well and happy.
First visit to a Big Biscuit and was disappointed. My husband ordered the veggie omelet with hashbrowns and biscuit. He said the biscuit was really good. The rest, so so. I ordered pancakes with eggs scrambled well and dry and hashbrowns crispy. The pancakes were good. My eggs were wet and underdone and the hashbrowns were white, not brown and crispy. I sent the eggs l back and the waitress brought eggs back and said, "there you go, dry eggs." Less wet is not well and dry. Could not eat them.We won't be going back.
Visiting from out of town and this is a GREAT place to eat, visited the Campbell location and was clean, good food and good service. Server Bridget was very good, attentive and checked on us a few times. Definitely recommend!!

Wait staff was nice, thank goodness! Food was rather disgusting! The hash browns were awful, they were swimming in oil and had a very bad taste, I could not eat them. The biscuit was meh which I thought they would be awesome, not. The spinach, mushroom omelette also was sitting in some kind of fluid! My daughter's sausage had a curly black hair in it, would not have belonged to anyone in our party! They said the coffee was pretty good but some of the creamers had clotted and we're chunky. Doubtful we will return.
