The waiter gave really good service. I wish I remembered his name. I got the 12oz ribeye steak with vegetables and baked sweet potatoes. I was so full and satisfied. Love this place ❤️
Great food. Rolls were delicious and the steaks are awesome. Great staff and location. It's a bit of a wait depending on the time but we'll worth it

The service was good, attentive, polite. Considering it was extremely busy we got in and out within an hour. What was not so good was the food. My steak was not properly cooked and the taste was not overly great. My veggies were cold as well. They had been setting around for a while. It was not all bad, the rolls were fresh, hot and tasty. Normally I have good experiences when I come to Texas Roadhouse, but this trip was not up to par.
I recently dined in having not been here to eat for over 10 years. My steak was perfect and the rolls and butter...so good. Everyone in my party was very satisfied. I will be a regular from now on. My only complaint was the wait to get seated. Maybe another location in Springfield? If not, I will plan to come during off peak hours in the future. Great experience.

It was ok overall. The service was great and the manager came around just checking on things a couple of times. Very nice. We got a coupon for a free appetizer our next visit since this was our first visit. I wouldn’t say anything was bad it was good but not great.
We had a party of 8. The wait time was relatively short considering the size of our group. Seating was the only wait we had. Our food and drinks were served in a timely manner because they have a Great wait staff (Thank you Tristan!) Our drinks stayed full, our waiter was amazing and we had a wonderful time eating a wonderful meal. Thank you to all!
