Automatic 5 stars from me just for the simple fact that they're open until 11pm! I work nights, so usually even when I get to clock off early all places other than dominos and McDonald's are closed and I'm too tired to cook a full meal. I'm so grateful to have something else to look forward to!
We’ve been to Teriyaki House before and always liked it. This time, we placed our order online with a total of $37.84. On the way to pick it up I got a text notification from my bank we were charged $56.76. When I got there, I asked why we were charged more and I was told it’s because that’s a tip. I then asked why a tip was approved without my knowledge and who would ever tip that much before even picking up the food. At that point another lady walked up and explained that’s just a hold on the card and the real total will be charged tomorrow. (A very weird amount for a hold) I brought up that it’s a weird amount for a hold and she then said they’d fix it with no further explanation. By the time I got in my car, I looked at my bank statement and the total was corrected. Seems so odd to charge such a high difference and for a very specific amount! Now reading through the comments I see it’s not the first time. Be very careful when purchasing from here! I’m honestly scared my debit card info is now compromised
I ordered the steak terriaki and it was awful.. the meat was chewy like it wasn't steak and super spicy.. not even the rice tasted good.
I had yet to eat dinner & realized it was one of the few places I hadn't eaten at yet, so I wanted to try the food. After looking through the menu, I decided to order the Steak and Shrimp. It arrived hot, had a large portion of meat AND rice, plus was filling and balanced in flavor. On top of a fast delivery driver, the food container was sturdy and I ended up with leftovers that were easy to refrigerate. To sum up: Yum.
This is a great place to get sushi they are friendly I know they have a lot of other food there but I always get sushi there. You won't be disappointed to try this place at all
I tried this place a few times, if I can be honest; the more I kept coming to this restaurant, the worse the quality of food became. The chicken became all of a sudden not so cooked anymore, their sushi rolls were decent, but little fish inside of them. I get it, there's a pandemic, it's harder to get food out here and sell at good prices to stay open. But this store is something I cannot come back to.
This is my favorite restaurant in Springfield. They serve boba tea, hot tea, sushi, and many different Asian dishes. It takes a bit for the food to be made, but it's worth the wait. They have a bbq squid rice bowl that is to die for. The eel is always extremely tender and falls apart and the bbq sauce is sweet and goes well with the rice.
I’ve been coming here for years and always loved it. My most recent order which was through Grubhub, was disappointing. My rolls had little fish, the vegetables were chewy and they seemed barely within date. On top of that- there was a HAIR IN MY SUSHI ROLL. I spent $46 on 3 rolls. The roll with hair was $16. It’s not my hair— I’ve been bald since September.
The food is fresh and hot! The store was super clean and everyone working there was friendly. We will definitely be returning!
I placed an order online and they charged me 12$ more than the amount I owed. Then when I went to pick up the food they tried telling me I owed them money and wouldn’t give me my order I already paid for ! Then their excuse was that they thought I was a grub hub driver even though I ordered through their website not grub hub. They said I have to talk to someone else about getting my money back. They didn’t even apologize and acted apathetic to their inconveniences. So I won’t be going back. Inbreds
